But the biggest concern by far was that there was not a speck or drop of soap to be found in the restroom, and no way to dry hands other than on clothes because the towel dispensers were thoroughly jammed. So, if there is no soap in the bathroom of this small restaurant, then is there any for the staff preparing and serving the food? Skimping on soap in the restroom makes no sense at all - unless the point is to make a horrible first-impression on potential repeat customers!
