I had a great experience with this dealership since the staff is wonderful, caring, and helpful; and things get done promptly. I needed a license plate and title for my car and Bobby was there at all times to help me.. I received it within a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this dealership for someone that needs a first car or someone that is hesitant on small dealerships because they tend to be greedy. I will tell you, R&V is honest and will never take your money. All in all, a great service!

It was never my intention to buy a vehicle off a used car lot because I don't trust used car dealerships and slick talking salesmen. However, when I met, Bobby, the owner, he seemed down to earth and a hard working family man. When we purchased the car, he had the wrong title for the vehicle. However, he promised we would receive our title and license plate in a month. So we bought the truck without a title. A month later we received our title and plates as he had promised. Things like this does not happen in these modern times. If you want a to buy a car from a used car dealership, but don't know who to trust. Then I want to recommend this dealership because the ownership is honest.

I really didn't want to commit to a large monthly new car payment, so instead, I started to look around at used cars. I visited several lots and after looking at cars online and then going to those lots - the cars looked nothing like the pictures. It was a nightmare One a Cadillac SUV I went to look at didn't even have oil in the engine as one of the first things I always did looking at every car was to check all the fluids. Then I ran across a posting by Westside Motors, for a white Volvo C70 T5. I did all the usual research, Carfax, tracing its movements and maintenance records going back to when it came off the car line in Sweden and also whatever eIse I could find out about that particular year model etc. all before I even went to their lot. Unlike many other lots I went to, Westside Motors had several other cars that might work for me if the Volvo didn't. Because of my work I wasn't able to look at it in person right away. But I still had some questions and requested some more pictures too and Joe at Westside immediately responded to every request. The first day I was able to, I showed up at Westside Motors right after they opened up to look at the Volvo. Wes, the owner, came out to greet me as I was looking at the car and he was just great! There was no typical high pressure sales, nothing like that at all. He answered all my questions as I went over the car and showed me how everything on the car worked. Then he let me take it out for a good long test drive. Everything, every button on it worked like it was supposed to. The outside was beautiful and the interior still looks great all around, (with only a minor exception where I did replace the leather on the small console armrest.) When I returned from my test drive, I told Wes I wanted it! And talk about service - after I completed all the paperwork to purchase it, Wes personally delivered it to my home! I then had it detailed inside and out, tinted the windows and now everyone that sees it at work believes I bought a brand-new car!! I love this car!! I highly recommend these guys. (And if you have the time, after talking with him I discovered Wes is another great American success story for himself and his family!)

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. Then I get mad so im just done with this bullshit so I decide to leave. Im my way out. Not so smart Robert offers me to swap our the wheels and tired ( and take care of that labor) from the car I was trading in so that he can make the sale. My car has 18inch base tires. The car they were selling came with 20in premium alloy wheels. This goober ( cant call him what I really want to) really tried to steal more value from me so that he can make a sale. Absolutely no respect shown to the costumer after driving more than 3 hours to see them!!!! Cant trust this guys! ! DONT BUY THE 2022 RX 350 THEY HAVE LISTED IF THEY DONT DISCLOSE THE MASSIVE CHIPS ON THE WINDSHIELD, THE FRONT BUMBER BEING 3M TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THEY HIT IT AND THE MICHELIN TIRES THAT THEY CLAIM ARE GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM 2023 BUT ARE HARDER THAN THE TUMOR OF STUPIDITY GROWING ON THE MANAGERS ROBERTS BALDING HEAD

While I am here, I've seen one bad review on Yelp but never anywhere else before now recently. They were all positive about Hami Motors and don't understand this one at all because this Hami seriously tries to help everybody out especially during this crisis of covid-19. I asked him about a recent bad review he had from some bully. He is not even a customer here. Go figure. Hami gave this guy a 20 dollar bill the first time he met the guy because he didn't have gas money. No favor goes unpunished I guess. THE mechanic here, his name is Michael. Very trustworthy. He explained every aspect of my maintenance needs and then his general manager even took video to show me what they were doing exactly so that I would be well-informed at every stage. I give them 6 out of 5 stars.
