The staff gives you updates on their progress after every lesson in the mobile app. The facility has plenty of seating to watch your swimmer and is brightly lit. There are many changing rooms, (including changing rooms with infant changing tables in them) and plastic bags for wet items. Anyone can sign up for swim lessons, from babies to adults who need help learning!

Honestly, you get what you pay for. At Goldfish, my son has received that individualized attention. He has really come into his own in the pool. Each one of his instructors throughout his journey at Goldfish Swim School have paid close attention to his technique and have worked with him to improve. He always receives positive reinforcement for his efforts. I really enjoy the atmosphere that his instructors provide. All in all, I'm a fan of the personnel all around. The folks behind the counter are always there to lend a hand. The instructors have all been very professional and friendly. The establishment is always very clean and organized. We joined at the beginning of November and love our time at Aqua Tots! We had waited for them to…read moreopen through early fall, and finally got our membership and scheduled lessons right after Halloween. The new facility is clean and well-maintained. Any issues are addressed promptly. Both of my kids are in group lessons and get lots of individualized instruction from their coaches. They've had a few different coaches and like them all. The people at the front desk are also very helpful with a variety of questions, and scheduling any lessons we've had to change. Our Otter Club membership is SO worth it. We go to open swim usually once a week, and my husband can swim too. When he doesn't, sometimes one of the kids will bring a friend. The pool at Aqua Tots is our new second home. :)

Negative points. : I took my son here for their promotion rate for the first month. When I registered him they said that he could have a make up class as long as there is availability. What they didn't make it clear was that this was only the case if I had an active membership there meaning (continual membership month to month). Even though he didn't need a make up class, I wish they had make it clear in the beginning mentioning that only with continued membership , make up class would be possible whenever. I know it's just the wording. How I understood "active membership" vs their version. They shouldn't assume that people signing up will automatically continue after the first month. Secondly, wish they had cleaner facility. Specifically, Women's bathroom sink actually loooked dirty. I'm not expecting it to be so clean where I can see my face but it could have used some care. Also their floor could have been cleaner. I don't know how often they mop their place but it was dusty (and we were there for their first class which is 10 am) and noticed it two weeks straight.

Though there's been one my mom has been wanting to go to but it was canceled for the season. The locker room is kind of grimy, mainly just really dusty, but fine to use. The pool gets crowded on the weekends, but usually i haven't had to share a lane with more than one other person. I love the sauna! Showers are nice though with nice pressure. The indoor track is way too small - 17 laps is a mile. But the elliptical is amazing because it has all the channels - food, hgtv, bravo, a bunch of other cable channels, and my favorite, tlc! My mom and I have also tried the racquetball courts and those are nice too. We gave up because we couldn't get good at it but there seems to an active racquetball community based on the message boards there. Really glad we joined. Overall complaint is that it's crowded but that must mean a lot of people are getting good use.
