We were impressed with H2H at every stage of the project and thrilled with the results. They nailed every measure of success. They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money. Their costs were more in line with our expectations and the owner, Tim Magee, was excellent to work with. He inspired great confidence that they could and would do this right and the project leads and crews delivered as promised!! Based on the stellar results, Heart to Home just started remodeling our primary bathroom!

However Ray was willing to do more than blow insulation in to make sure our home would be warm and efficient! He took out all the old insulation, sealed up all holes and cracks that air would blow through. He installed covers over the light and installed baffles to keep the house regulated and not sweating! The others were only willing to blow on top of the pre existing old insulation! Ray was in and out in a few days! I trusted him enough to leave him a key to the house if he needed anything. I was glad to give the business to a veteran as well as Ray! I will be using Ray and One Shot Contracting for projects in the future! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

They hired three subcontractors to do minor electrical and plumbing work which they did not include in their quote. Second Marc Stewart called to discuss when they would be coming and when I told him he could not come on a certain day, he tried to call back and talk to my husband to get a different answer. Finally, after he was told three times NO, he was rude enough to send an electrician on that day anyway. The final quote, which was never given to us before the project started, ended up being much more than the quote they gave us originally. Several hundred dollars over what they had assured us would be the highest price, and they expected the money as they left without any indication of when that would be. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!

When the girl called him to say the estimate was ready she also asked court her bring pot for her to purchase from him. I do not feel this is an appropriate behavior from your employe. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Forced to go through builders first…read moresource from a window manufacturer. The wrong window was ordered three separate times. What should have taken three weeks took over three months. Not only did they inconvenience me, they offered no discount for the constant screwup's. They even screwed the window installers as they made three trips for nothing amounting to over $300 in service calls that were canceled due to the wrong product. Not only was the wrong product ordered but at one point the "sales person" forgot to place the order for three weeks. If given the opportunity use any other supplier save yourself money, time and frustration.
