They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. Finally, after he was told three times NO, he was rude enough to send an electrician on that day anyway. The final quote, which was never given to us before the project started, ended up being much more than the quote they gave us originally. Several hundred dollars over what they had assured us would be the highest price, and they expected the money as they left without any indication of when that would be. What should have taken three weeks took over three months. Not only did they inconvenience me, they offered no discount for the constant screwup's. They even screwed the window installers as they made three trips for nothing amounting to over $300 in service calls that were canceled due to the wrong product. Not only was the wrong product ordered but at one point the "sales person" forgot to place the order for three weeks. If given the opportunity use any other supplier save yourself money, time and frustration.
