I got a French tip using OPI Funny Bunny, and the results were very poor. The gel polish is uneven and lumpy, the white tips are inconsistent in size, and the overall shape of my nails is sloppy. It honestly looks rushed and unprofessional. My mom also had a disappointing experience. She asked for black nails with a gold design and showed a reference photo. The technician said she could do it, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. During the service, it was clear she wasn't confident with designs, as she kept asking the technician next to her for help. This is really directed to the owners, Nia and Dan, who seem to do great work and are often booked out. Unfortunately, this experience was not a good representation of your business. I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend this salon unless you're specifically booking with Nia or Dan.

Overall odd experience & felt terrible seeing my daughter's hair being brushed so roughly, especially when she told me after that it was hurting her & now tells me no to future trims ._. I'm not one to speak up but regretted not doing so. I appreciate the owner squeezing us in when another place "didn't realize they booked me".
