This is a fine Publix right off of Singer Island. It is on the smaller side, but it has everything that you need. It is organized, well kept, and the staff were friendly. I have no real negatives other than it having somewhat limited selection. read more

My sister and I enjoyed our shop at this beautiful location, until we reached upon checkout! I take accountability for walking into the 10 items lane with a cart full of items, Mr. Brian looked at the cart and said whoaa, so I kindly apologized and backed out the lane, he proceeds to say oh its ok I'll take you, as I'm loading the belt BRIAN SAYS "LET ME GUESS YOU'RE USING WIC" I've never been questioned about the form of payment as long as I'm paying, I Looked at him with a shocked look and smiled, No actually I'm not paying with any assistance, I work hard to buy the things I like, it was very embarrassing customers at self-check-out looked over and shook their heads, very off putting at the end of such a great shop read more

Tonight's visit was for lunch meat at the Deli. They normally have a line, it's my lucky day. One customer waiting for counter clerk to finish his sub. I identified my two choices...Boars Head Ham and Lemon Pepper Chicken. I waited patiently as several familiar faces passed me by- staff and other customers. I noticed a clerk walking behind the counter as I continued to wait- she said nothing. So thinking it's just me, I leaned in closer to the clerk preparing the sub and said " excuse me is anyone working on this side? She replied I don't know why she just walked away and not helped you" Went to Customer Service counter and the Manager Daniel solicited Joe who was courteous helpful and very professional to help me. The deli is so unorganized. Ordered a chicken wrap prior only to get a sub. When the employee learn of the mistake says their going to have to remake a mistake they should have already caught making me late. Wouldn't waste my money. read more

Passed by this Publix on way to beach resort, thought it might be a distribution center since it was so large. Next day here time to go grocery shopping for the week. Normally have breakfast & dinner in condo and lunch out. Checked out this one and not only closest but unique 3 story with escalators so had to try it. GPS taking a roundabout way but we could clearly see the entrance to parking garage, so made our turn. Luckily just as we pulled around to entrance, someone was pulling out, so we quickly pulled in. Because my wife still recovering from broken ankle, I was able to grab her a motorized cart. Then we took the elevator down. Huge store with a great deal of variety. Found everything we wanted plus a few things. Leaving, I decided to take the escalator just to watch the filled carts riding up the center part. Unusual and unique experience. read more

I am here on vacation from Pennsylvania. We don't have Publix there so took me some navigation to find where things were. Store was clean and stuff looked great. Prices seemed a little high on some stuff. But I usually go to Aldi so that could be why. I git a small amount of groceries. Berries were huge and yummy! Chicken, fried and rotisserie both were good. Good date on the milk. One gal bagged my groceries at check out while the other rung me up. That was unexpected and good. Usually service wise the cashier has to bag too most places I go. Way to help each bother out! Was tricky figuring out parking. Nothing really they can do about that. I know now for next time how that works. First cart went crooked so I traded it in. Good place for groceries if it's close for you! read more

I shop here often and am fairly happy with them. They seem pretty nice and answer your questions when I have any. They are usually well stocked up too and rarely out of stuff. read more

I'm from Fort Lauderdale (30 years) recently moved to Riviera and gotta say this Publix was a pleasant surprise. There's always police, in or outside the store keeping it secure. It's clean. It is small but generally has everything I need. Employees are meh, but I'd probably feel the same way working there and dealing with people all day. read more

Visiting the city from Philadelphia with the family, we were greeted with great customer service from the minute we walked in, until we got walked to the vehicle with our groceries. after church on Sundays my wife stops at publix in palm beach gardens or lake park to get a sandwich for lunch and occasionally something from the bakery. We have found that although we think all publix uses the same brand of meat, we have found that the meat from lake park has less fat and and seem to have a little more than what she gets in palm beach gardens, so now she goes to lake park and drives right past the palm beach gardens publix on the way home. You would think all things should be equal. I guess employees and managers make a difference. Can't comment on the rest of lake park store. could be better or could be worse, sometime we will check it out. read more

Long wait at the sub line and couldn't understand a word the guy making my sub was saying. Thought I got a Publix sub but the guy charged me for Boars Head. I complained to who I think might have been the manager. She was extremely rude and didn't offer any help in the situation. She kept asking if there is boars head meat on my sub as if I was the one making the sub. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Worst Publix experience I have ever had. read more

Rude employees always a huge line for subs while only 1 staff members is doing subs everybody else hiding in the back or act busy while management is non existent for support. I would not recommend this location read more

Well vacationing in the West Palm Beach area we went to this Publix to pick up a few odds and ends. I could not believe there was a parking ramp to access this store! It's a very big, nice store with lots of deals. Store was clean with friendly workers. read more

My daughter had never been so excited to go to a supermarket... This Publix has this cool conveyor system for your cart that takes it up to the second story of the covered parking deck and for some reason this absolutely fascinated her. Anyway, this one is simple...well stocked and had what we needed for five days in the area for a field hockey tournament...including nice, fresh produce. Friendly staff, clean, not tourist prices, and a covered parking garage...yep, you can't go wrong here if you're in the area and need to do some food shopping. read more

Good location if you are going out on a boat from the docks. Very clever use of space. The parking is on the second floor and they have a lift for your shopping cart. First time seeing this. I have been here a few times and all of the staff is very friendly. Lots to select from, as any well run Publix (which most are). Bathrooms were clean. Shelves were stocked. We were offered help with our groceries. Lines were average. Not really fast, but not lengthy waits either. I will definitely continue to shop here when in the area. I did notice the local fire/EMS (Thank you for all you do) eats at the deli regularly. So that tells you a lot. read more

All the employees are nice. Great sushi deals on Wednesday. And the store is always clean. However a lot of their inventory is expired. At least 5x I've bought something there, to later realize it was expired. Then have to go back and switch it. Usually with yogurt but happened many times with other items. As a customer, it's on you to check if it's expired. The one thing you don't check likely will be expired ‍ read more

I just spent my last 1/2 hour on line for a sandwich while the staff behind the counter decided to have a gab session to which I objected. One got mouthy and started with white privilege related comments and decided she wanted to engage me with the store manager. I have the sandwich to the store manager and demanded she be terminated. I sent a email to corporate and will now turn this over to my attorney. I will never shop at Publix again. read more

I am appalled at the quality of meat that was in the pack when I began my meal. The attached photo is of a three pack of boneless ribeye steaks. As much as I shop Publix and as much praise that's given to Publix for the quality of food, I think that we need to start taking a closer look at the cuts of meat verses what it actually is this disgusting for almost $32.00. Unfortunately if you grew up with family members who like to vacation on Singer Island, this was your publix. Not going to lie, maybe living in the US Kroger headquarters has spoiled me on what a grocery store should be, but this one isn't on par. I know the area has a huge divide of tourists vs the lower income communities in Riveria Beach, but there were just some basic things that irked me about shopping here. 1. No produce bags. There was not a rack that had them anywhere. I literally pushed my shopping cart with one hand and held 3 kiwis in the other. 2. Candy is stale. I love to treat myself to fun snacks on vacation and clearly the Riveria Beach local crowd doesn't like candy because the sour patch packs I purchased were rock hard stale. 3. Selection could have been better. This could definitely come from being used to enormous Kroger stores back home but I just felt the variety was lacking. 4. It's just clearly very old and run down. The cashier we had last night specifically was super friendly, which is a nice end note considering you don't normally expect good service at a grocery store. Pro tip- If you've never been here before you'll notice there is no lot. They have their own parking garage above the store. They have shopping cart escalators don't worry--to help with convenient transport of groceries to your car!! read more

Whenever I visit Singer Island this is the go to grocery store. I recently had a great experience buying steaks and lobster for New Years Eve supper. The guys in the seafood section are super attentive and can give you tips on how to prep your meal. In other parts of the store the staff will always greet you and make sure you find what you're looking for. Definitely stop by if you're in the area. read more

Parking is pretty much unavailable if your vehicle is over 8'2. Which my truck with my canopy on is. So I had to park across the street and walk which was super inconvenient. Thank goodness I didn't need much. The store itself is nice and clean with friendly staff and good fresh organic selections. read more

Grocery store close to where I was diving that day... so stopped by on the way home for some snacks and water. Interesting Publix... it has its own parking garage, and no other parking. Once I figured that out... it made things easy. Go in, park, take the elevator down to the main store.. and shop. It was actually pretty convenient. Store is the typical Publix, clean, well laid out, and a good variety of products, meats, etc. read more

As a regular Publix shopper while I'm at home, I happily decided to go here and get groceries for lunches/breakfast while on vacation. However, I was not pleased by the service of the ladies behind the deli counter making subs. The lady who made our subs seemed almost annoyed with us, would slap our meets and cheeses on, huff and puff, well I guess I'll have to go cut that boars head meat... I mean where was her smile, small talk, or just politeness. I said yes ma'am, no ma'am, was very polite. I was not pleased. No other workers greeted us while we shopped. The only saving grace was our cashier who was friendly and made a dimmer recommendation up in Jupiter beach. read more

Great store! Small but had everything we needed for a week's stay on Singer Island...and 2 in my family are vegan. We had no trouble finding soy milk, tofu, etc. the produce section was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Two staff members even pushed my carts to the garage and loaded my car. although the store is usually empty and you can always get a good spot (parking garage) have fun finding an employee to help you if you need it. Another issue I have is I do understand publix hires local workers and this store is in riviera beach you would think the managers would require a bit of professionalism from their associates. I was in there one night buying bait and upon checking out the cashier asked me to drag the bait across the scanner because she didn't wait to touch it. (keep in mind now it's sealed!) then she proceeded to have a conversation in which her speaking manner sounded straight from MLK Blvd. she also used profanity. I assume she figured she could get away with being like that because I was young like her but I didn't at all care for it. I recommend going to the publix on northlake and US1. you'll get a little bit more professionalism at that location. read more

Worst Publix in the area. Cashiers and deli department all have horrible attitudes SEVERAL times on going in (I sometimes have to go there to purchase items from my job). Once saw one of the sandwich makers just come inside from smoking and put on gloves without washing hands, one deli service guy refused to go look for an ingredient for a sub he was making for me and made me do it if I wanted it! Customer service is better at Wal-Mart...and that is saying A LOT. read more
