I finally gave in to the viral Asian ice cream fruit that have been all over social media. A gas…read morestation near my house was selling them at a pretty outrageous price, but someone on Facebook mentioned a few other places that carried them for much less. I happened to be working out nearby, realized I'd driven past this market countless times, and figured it was the perfect opportunity to stop in. As soon as I walked inside, I spotted a freezer right by the register packed with Asia ice creams I'd never seen before. There were so many unique flavors that it was honestly hard not to grab one of everything. I ended up picking a nice variety, and I can't wait to work my way through them at home. The man behind the counter was incredibly friendly, and we chatted for a few minutes. I asked him which flavor was his favorite, and without hesitation he recommended the mango and the strawberry. Coincidentally, those were the two I was most excited to try as well. I didn't spend much time browsing the rest of the store because I was completely focused on my ice cream haul and getting it home before it melted. From what I did see, though, they seemed to have a great selection of Asian groceries and specialty products. I'll definitely be back to explore the aisles on another visit. It's always fun discovering foods from other cultures and trying something different. Experiences like this are a nice reminder that there's a whole world of flavors beyond the everyday foods most of us are used to.

Supermarket This…read moremarket caters mostly to the Caribbean / South American clientele in the area, so be aware of that. Like most of these markets, they have a better than average produce and seafood section with a large variety of items you may, or may not, be aware existed. The meat / butcher area can be off-putting if you are used to American markets where everything is nice and neat and positioned to sell, versus an actual, functional meat department. In any case, the meats all seem fresh and looked good. Dry goods: again, there is a lot of focus on the target audience, so you will see tons of rice options in large sized sacks- not the 1-pound bag people buy at the store. That being said, there are a lot of your usual options here as well so you can do your grocery shopping. Prices are hit or miss (like most places you should know the going rate). There is an in-store cafeteria where you can get solid food as well. The language can be a barrier here - it will definitely help if you speak or can understand Spanish. The front door are is a sh&t-show with everyone funneled into one smallish entrance / exit. Plenty of parking is available.

Went in to buy green bananas. The cost is .59 a pound. Needed a box which has 40lbs. Total cost…read more23.60 they wanted to charge 24.00. There response go buy them individually if you don't want to pay the extra .60 . So basically your paying .60 for a box. They also over charge for pumpkin. When it's on sale for .69/.79;a pound the leave the current sticker that says 1.09/1.29 per pound. So if you don't look at the price tag your actually paying more then it is. They over charge customers and over price. LOOK AT THE PRICE TAGS. THEYRE THIEFS!!

A gentleman who was stocking paper towels stopped what he was doing when I asked where to find an item and walked me over to find it. I actually have had to tell someone I don't want to pull them away, just tell me what aisle to go to. The fresh produce has very nice people who give you big genuine smile and say "good to see you again!". The meat section has such smart and helpful people who are willing to teach you. I questioned on gentleman about grinding my own meat and he showed me my options, told me what each would do for flavor. He was awesome! Just yesterday another gentleman helped me find a 7 lb spiral ham. There weren't any in the bin so he sent someone to look in back and then tracked me down with the smaller ham. So nice. I love this place. I appreciate how difficult it can be to serve the public but these guys got the recipe right. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal prices for a variety of groceries!…read more While on vacation, I stopped at Aldi Supermarket for for snacks, drinks, and frozen food to keep in the room. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many vegan options! From vegan burgers, hotdogs, and sausages to desserts and snack, I could not believed the large selection of vegan options at Aldi's and for a price much lower than specialty grocery stores offering similar products!

Their standalone freezer section used to be better and now it's 95% empty. I asked the guy and he says well it's a busy location. BS! They're not getting inventory. I work from home so I randomly come here at lunchtime in the middle of the week. I have gone to the Aldis in Tradition which was filled to the brim with food. The Aldi's on US1 also has a good inventory selection. What the hell happened to this location? Very frustrating. Can somebody please explain to me why they never have basil? You know the basic herb. besides that I love the prices. I love loading up my cart and I've never been able to go over $100 even when including alcohol. The best thing they've ever done was add self checkout lines. It used to be so frustrating when you had only one checkout line and 20 people waiting. Fix the inventory and stop skipping deliveries.
