I went to my local publixs which I frequent often. Prices are way higher than walmart, but there is a level of service that comes with that price that I and my wife enjoy. So I go into Publixs early this morning to get the wife a little something for Valentines Day, and I went to the bakery and I was quite agitated to see a man in the Bakery going in and out of his pockets with a writing pen and handling baked good with no gloves. I watched him for several seconds because I wanted to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing. All the other ladies in the Bakery were wearing hair nets, and gloves some even had on mask. ( and if I'm wrong about all the ladies having on gloves, then my bad, but he was the only one that was handling food at the time i was back there) This guy didn't have on anything! Utterly disgusting! And fiercely disappointed! On top of that, he looked like he was in upper management. He should know better. Mind you, I've always been happy at Publix. I pay Publix prices because I expect the service and the quality, in the knowledge that me and my family are safe in our purchases with the things we consume. Publixs is slipping. If that's how it going to be, I'll just travel a little further and spend my money at fresh Market. Same high prices, but They're sticklers about cleanliness and Hygiene. read more

Store seemed new and everything seemed easy to find. Getting a sub is very convenient since it's right in the front of the store, no need to even walk around and look for the sub station. I was able to get a sub for lunch and eat it at the nearby Sheffield Regional Park. read more

I love the upstairs dining with the option to eat inside or outside. Brand new store. I retired from Publix in 1993. I should of never left. This is the best grocery chain ever. Great location they just opened up, very big store they have a second floor where you can eat food or take a break seeing that they have couches up there too. They have a subway style station for the famous publix subs, They also have hot fried food like chicken and potato wedges stuff like that. I specifically went there because they have ramen available, also different types of rice bowls and poke bowls. I've already been there twice the ramen I thought was a little too salty I'm going to give it a go another time. But the rice bowl I got was a Asian barbecue and it was delicious. Also if you go on a Wednesday sushi is $5 a carton I would totally recommend it, food was delicious I would not recommend coming at lunch maybe like before and/or a little after lunch because the first time I came I waited a good maybe 15 minutes in line. Wow after a much awaited opening what a total letdown I bought bags of lemons which molded in a day and a half, we took back meat that was bad aftart a day the customer service is meh they do not care and call managers like April who did not care all the reg cookies were burnt .... This Publix was a very nice surprise! The ramen and poké bowl station was what really caught my eye, and the ramen in particular has me hooked. I am crossing my fingers for more variety in the future, but what they have now is great. I hope they continue to make more Publix locations like this one. read more

New Publix's are the best, come here almost twice a week and always like coming. There are heavy times of traffic during lunch hour during the week and just busyness on the weekend but there is plenty of store to walk around. Even though with supply chain issues still affecting how the store is stocked it's not their fault but they try to have whatever they can that matches to what they are out of. There are some rude customers that walk around and act like they own the place but the staff is what keeps the company running and intact with being the best in customer service. read more

This location works well for the daily grocery shopping everyone is nice and never had a bad experience with that. However, when I placed a catering ordered they failed. Specifically went in person a month early to place the order knowing it was a big order to give. After placing the ordered was told by an employee I would be all good and the manager I think was named Kevin reassured from afar we would be all set and congratulations. A day before pickup I went in to double check everything was still all good to go an employee said everything would be fine and they will have it ready. That employee never went to the back to check if my order would be all set he just said it would be. Upon my mothers arrival 30 minutes early they struggled finding the order having me send over my pink slip of the order details. Once my mom arrived to the wedding I saw that half the food was missing all the sliders 5 different types and the salad weren't there. My mother called and the manager apologized saying she was never informed of the order till she clocked in an hour earlier of the pick up. A few days later I called to speak to Kevin since he was there when I placed the order however wasn't there and left my name and number to receive a call back and never did. Only showing how bad their communication continues to be before and now after the order. Thank god I ordered food from somewhere else to make sure I had more than enough or I wouldn't of been able to rely on Publix for my wedding. Overall this is the only problems I've had with this Publix. But this experience was a big disappointment. I'm sure would be good with minor catering orders but personally they have lost my trust.
