As a Starter I had a plate with Hummus made from Lentils, Dark Olivepaste, some Ham (presumably San Daniele), Mozzarella with Tomatoes and some Arugula as garnish. Before that they put some delicious Bread with Olivepaste and Oliveoil on the Table. For the Main Course they suggested Tagliatelle Nero with Gambas. I had a Glass of Rosé to go with it.
