Show up at our check in time and no one is there and the gate code won't work. Called the 800 number and was told the gate code will unlock the unit but the unit was a lock and key. They told us tthere was an email instructing how to get a key. The email said someone was on site and there was not. After an hour I canceled our reservation and told I would not receive a refund.
