I rented a moving truck for my in-town move last May. It was the 'biggest moving weekend of the…read moreyear' in STW, so they were very busy. I walked in at my appointed time, only to find 3 other customers in line and zero employees to check them in. After roughly 20 minutes, a girl walked in, saying she was the only employee there. Ok. It took ages 30-45 minutes for each of us, to check in, because both their mobile/tablets & desktop computers were all buggy. We had to answer all of the same questions that we had already answered when we made the reservation, which was aggravating. We also had to take a picture of our drivers licenses..with our own cell phone... then e-mail it to them. Finally we were all checked in and the same girl also had to go get our trucks to the front, fill out more info and brief us on it. So getting the truck at the time you scheduled may be difficult, plan on picking it up about an hour before you want to start moving. The actual box truck was new, very nice, well kept and clean. No problems. The return process went much better and only took 5-10 minutes because there was now a guy outside processing the this. He just checked the milage, gas tank and back to make sure we had cleaned it. Overall, I got exactly what I had booked online & it worked well...so it was fine at the end of the day. The check in process was the worst issue. The office also sells all sizes of cardboard moving boxes, rolls of tape, pens & labels, in case you need extra. They even let you bring back your broken down boxes, which they put in a 'free for the taking' box.

Months later we moved and no longer needed the storage. These are the nicest people I have ever worked with, we fell behind in getting our rent paid multiple time, but all it took was a phone call. I was embarrassed when that happened, but they were the first to let me know all is OK. Every time I was greeted with a smile no matter who was in the office. They didnt have the size unit we…read moreneeded for all off our junk but one of the owners (Dan) offered to allow us two smaller units at a discounted price while we waited for the size unit that we needed to come available. He was more than accommodating and compassionate to our needs. About a month and a half later when the size we needed was available the other owner (Cindy) notified me and then allowed us to switch over to the bigger unit without having to pay the pro-rated amount that should have been due for the two smaller units. Stillwater has some great hometown family run businesses and this is definitely one of them.

It took me three weeks to get the gate code to my storage unit because they don't staff their office and there's never anybody to help you even win their business hours say that they're open they're actually not open!! I have been to the unit six different times and there's only been somebody in the office one time!! I have also had trouble opening the units because the metal gets stuck because rust grows on it and when you try to get help, there's nobody to help you because there's nobody in the office!! the

I had seen him speak sexually to woman he was helping. I asked him his name. I told him that is sexual harassment towards customers. I asked him his name and he told me mike frank. I thanked him and I informed him I will get a hold of someone about this. I had told my wife I didn't appreciate him making sexual advances to the woman in the store that we will find another storage place that doesn't allow that kind of behavior.
