During the first week, the manager quit. Phones are not answered and emails took 5 days. You are unable to pay online because they don't have the payment portal working for this location. I went to the office to pay 3 different times, but nobody was there. It was locked tight with no sign explaining why they were closed. This was during business hours. When I finally found someone there, he told me I was paid up for the following month. A few days later I receive a delinquent notice. No apologies, nobody at the office once again. I called the toll-free number and finally got someone to take my payment. She couldn't find our account and it took about 20 minutes on the phone. The front gate to the facility is broken and has been for over a month. No signs of any attempt to repair it. The side yard fence is still blown down from Hurricane Michael 4 years ago. There was a roach and mice infestation a few months ago. Management did little except to tell renters to buy traps on our own dime. The place is becoming run down. Oil stains and tire burnout marks in some alleyways. Paint is oxidized on most roll-up doors. Rain downspouts are bent and damaged throughout the property and the last owner took away trash dumpster privileges from tenants. That is a rent increase. When you remove a service and don't reduce rent, it is an increase. I am giving this place a month to get their act together or I am checking out. I have spoken to a dozen other renters and we all feel the same way.

It's Out Of Reach for most people. Frank understands business and that it's a two-way street. He's straightforward and no-nonsense, but definitely understands what a customer needs and is there to roll out the red carpet. I needed a storage unit after hours on a Sunday night. He answered his cell phone and met me there at 8 o'clock...but that's just the beginning. You'll be hard-pressed to find 24-hour access storage facility that is behind a security gate in this neighborhood that has a bathroom, shower, trash service, climate controlled units, security cameras, and give you little things that make you feel special like candies and keychains at the front desk. Heck they'll even accept deliveries for you! If you're lucky enough to find a vacancy here don't be a dummy, just get the unit.

Overcharged for an extra month after move out inspection. They admitted in emails that I was due a…read morerefund. They just can't seem to actually do it. I moved out of my unit on June 2, 2023. My next payment date was June 19, 2023. After contacting the office by phone and requesting confirmation that I moved out, I received none. On June 10, 2023 I drove back to their location and obtained a receipt showing a $0 balance on the account. They billed me anyway on June 18, 2023 resulting in 3 overdraft charges of $25.00 each. I have spoken with Cari, Assistant Manager, on 5 separate occasions. I have 5 emails, two of which Cari acknowledged the error. Each time I contacted her she stated she would contact the office to fix the error. Spoke with her on August 7, 2023. She said no one has called her back from the corporate office which is now 7 weeks later. Not sure if this company is a scam by overcharging elderly customers, or if this is just extreme negligence.
