We returned it expecting the replacement to be better, but instead the second golf cart completely died and left us stranded on the side of the road during our vacation. What made the situation even worse was the lack of customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for renting us two unsafe/unreliable golf carts, we were met with a "no refunds" policy and couldn't even speak with the owner to resolve the issue. Equipment failures happen, but renting customers a golf cart without functioning brakes and then another that breaks down is unacceptable. Safety should come before policies. I would strongly recommend renting from another company if you want dependable equipment and customer service that stands behind what they rent.

Overcharged for an extra month after move out inspection. They admitted in emails that I was due a…read morerefund. They just can't seem to actually do it. I moved out of my unit on June 2, 2023. My next payment date was June 19, 2023. After contacting the office by phone and requesting confirmation that I moved out, I received none. On June 10, 2023 I drove back to their location and obtained a receipt showing a $0 balance on the account. They billed me anyway on June 18, 2023 resulting in 3 overdraft charges of $25.00 each. I have spoken with Cari, Assistant Manager, on 5 separate occasions. I have 5 emails, two of which Cari acknowledged the error. Each time I contacted her she stated she would contact the office to fix the error. Spoke with her on August 7, 2023. She said no one has called her back from the corporate office which is now 7 weeks later. Not sure if this company is a scam by overcharging elderly customers, or if this is just extreme negligence.
