You'll be hard-pressed to find 24-hour access storage facility that is behind a security gate in this neighborhood that has a bathroom, shower, trash service, climate controlled units, security cameras, and give you little things that make you feel special like candies and keychains at the front desk. My next payment date was June 19, 2023. After contacting the office by phone and requesting confirmation that I moved out, I received none. On June 10, 2023 I drove back to their location and obtained a receipt showing a $0 balance on the account. They billed me anyway on June 18, 2023 resulting in 3 overdraft charges of $25.00 each. I have spoken with Cari, Assistant Manager, on 5 separate occasions. I have 5 emails, two of which Cari acknowledged the error. Each time I contacted her she stated she would contact the office to fix the error. Spoke with her on August 7, 2023. She said no one has called her back from the corporate office which is now 7 weeks later. Not sure if this company is a scam by overcharging elderly customers, or if this is just extreme negligence.
