Unfortunately, this is not a good business. We could not access our unit because their security code panels are so defective. We tried the front panel and RV lot panel over a dozen times, but the panels did not register some of our code numbers and timed out quickly! Finally after trying every panel a dozen times, I got one side gate panel to work, but that was still scary, because I feared the exit gate panel would not work (like the front panel and RV lot panel), preventing exit. They do list an emergency number, but don't bother calling it - they do not answer. When I asked, they said the emergency number only works until their 6:00 pm closing. So ... it doesn't work during emergencies! Since it was after-hours and the area was quite dark, with trash overfilling their dumpsters, and since no one answered the phone or responded to our calls (they still have not!) and since I wasted 30 minutes wrestling with their defective gate panels, we finally decided to move to a better storage business. We emailed them twice, but they have still never responded! And when I called, they basically accused me of lying! Very insulting - but I took videos as proof, because the place is dangerous, and because I had never seen anything like that before. We have rented over dozen storage units over the years, and we NEVER had a problem getting through a security gate! So I would definitely avoid this company unless they can prove they have updated their security panels! read more
