While the initial phase of our move appeared to go smoothly, the post-move customer service has…read morebeen completely unacceptable. The crew packed and transported my 85-inch TV, which ended up being severely damaged in the process. While accidents happen, it's a company's response to those accidents that matters. It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Their only excuse is that they are 'waiting on their insurance.' A reputable, professional business would make the customer whole immediately and handle their own insurance claims internally, rather than passing the delay and frustration onto the client. Leaving a customer stuck with a broken TV for months is terrible practice. I highly advise against using this company.

I reached out several times prior to the appointment to pay the deposit but they would not answer our phone calls or texts. The morning of our appointment I continued reaching out to them in hopes of making contact as we had a team of people scheduled to meet them at the property at the confirmed time, again unable to make contact. We called them from a different number and they answered right away, but then hung up. We tried calling them back several more times but they did not answer. I begged for a response so we didn't have the team go the the property to meet them, but they refused. Completely unprofessional; I would not recommend to anyone.
