Was told i could enter unit from both sides. Moved all of my belongings in and then I was told only one side could be entered. Paid 134 in May and now they are wanting 264 due to "competitive" rates . Online and same unit was 131 per month . I was told this is for new customers only and rates go up upon demand. I rented a unit from 1500 moffat rd mobile for 3 months. I was given a unit that was too small for one. I ebed up giving away, storing my furniture at a family member home. I was told it was large enough. Then, wood rats ate through my boxes. Ate my food. Rat muner was all through my boxes and they urinated on the nice couch, which I had to through away. On top of all that, I moved out on thex1st. I was charged $127.00 for 1 day!!!! I called about the rat problem to see what could be done. The property manager was cold and unconcerned. Smh read more

They don't tell you all the details up front. I had to pay a fee for insufficient funds(my brothers account) and then they charged me a late fee. But when I spoke with someone to reserve this unit they quoted me a different price and I didn't get their name. Then they didn't tell me that two days later I would be paying the full amount after paying the partial payment. I thought the payment would come out the day you actually rented the unit, nope it starts over at the 1st of the month, which I was not told. read more

no refunds. at all. no working it out. they refer you back to rhe main "we care" center where they dont care at all. i called and reserved my unit with pay around november 10th, 2021. 10×25 outside unit available for me on sunday november 14th, 2021. we were giving the truck time time to arrive from san diego to mobile, al. so after 5 days of rent, public storage could not just keep there little $35 admin fee, deduct for the 5 days, and refind something? here is a company that is just for themselves. they dont care about the customer. **since i called the main public storage and got this no refind policy excuse, i reccomend that you don't use any public storage anywhere accross america. read more

Public Storage is a horrible corporation to deal with. I have owned 2 RV's, been in same storage spot for 11 years. Original owner was magnolia, never had any problems. Magnolia raised rent 1 time in 9 years. Public Storage purchased about 2 years ago, been raising the rent since. This month, raised another 45%. This is double the rent in less than 2 years. The orange people have officially run every RV and boat out. Don't waste your money. read more

Amazing Staff! Evelyn is such a doll and very attentive to what you want and need. Through a very stressful situation she brought a ray of sunshine into my day and I would recommend anyone needing storage to go to her location! She was having computer malfunctions that were out of her control and she took it like a champ! Absolutely despicable service, from management. while filling the units with our stuff from a move from fl, we rented 3 units from them. after filling one of the 20x25 and a 10 x 10 we noticed that we didn't need the third 10 x 10 unit and the next day requested to cancile the unused unit, we were told that people would try and rent a unit for one day and there are absolutely no refunds we are in the rental for 30 days. + there was no $1 first month, nope thay charged me full price. Just beware that this company is not willing to work with you, they have there own best interest in mind. It is my opinion that a company that is not willing to work with it's customers, is no place for me to do business with. BUYER BE WARE. read more

Terrible.. Units are old and your things get musty smelling. Keep raising the rent even if you have been always on time with payments and with them for years. In a bad area. Staff not very helpful. Want to charge you for paying your bill over the phone. Overpriced and not worth it. Use someone else. read more
