Alexis is absolutely a sweetheart and fun to speak with. She was very knowledgeable of the products. I came in here for moving boxes, and she was immediately on the ball and ready to help. The box prices are very comparable to Amazon minus the shipping fees. There's a deal -- 10% off 10 boxes, no account needed. I would be happy to recommend basic services here. read more

They advertised $1.00, however they failed to mention if you move in a week before the 1st, you don't get the month for $1.00. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor you can't. read more

Thank you Christina for your amazing customer service!!!!! You was extremely helpful and the process was easy and quick!

I would not recommend this storage facility. They are dishonest in their pricing. They advertise low rates and then hike the price up considerably (like almost $100) after a couple of months when they know you've probably got a good amount of stuff in their and you have to decide if you'd rather pay their ridiculous payment or go through the hassle of moving everything. Find yourself a different, more honest storage company with better billing practices. I wish we did. read more

I love this place Christina and Alexis are always so helpful and pleasant great prices and good experience

Do not rent at public storage! Had 2 units for about 6 months and got 3 rent increases at $60 more a month. No deals on multiple units and no military discounts. They hook you in with 1st month at half price and then tack on more fees. read more

This Public storage was very clean and no issue. Makenzie and Miranda was helpful during our departure. Thank you

I was very impressed with Christina and her level of knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile.

My experience renting a short term storage was extraordinary. Myself and other local family member have rented three unit from Christina. She is pleasant and professional regarding her customer service skills. I would highly recommend Public Storage and Christina is a stellar representative for the franchise...Great job! read more

Our experience with Public Storage has not been a good one. We have had our unit/s for less than a year and already have had two rate increases. I just tried to calling about the recent increase and they told me they couldn't do anything because they had already adjusted our last increase. I do not understand the reason for these increases and feel companies like Public Storage take advantage of people. We only needed these units for a period of time but like a lot of people we are struggling. We cannot afford these increases and feel that this is unfair and not moral what Public storage is doing to us. I definitely would not recommend Public Storage to anyone and feel the people running this company are corrupt and greedy. Unfortunately we live in a broken world where morals are put to the side often now and making money seems to be the motive of many companies now. You are just a number, they do not care about people or families who are just trying to survive. We will be trying to clear out our unit/s now as we cannot afford these increases! read more

McKenzie was very nice and helpful, she showed me a few of the storage units so I could see what unit would work best. She also told me that using the website or app I could get a discount. It was very easy to set up an account, check the prices and see the discounts available listed for unit size. The storage unit I rented was clean and easily accessible. A couple months later McKenzie asked how the unit was working out and if there was any problems. Great facility and staff! read more

Really clean. Very good prices. Loading carts are great. New, clean and priced well. But... They admitted they will be raising rates after 6 months. The low rates won't last read more

McKenzie was wonderful! I transferred from the unit that I had to a different unit that was more accessible for me and she made it so light and easy! Thank you, Public Storage. Thank you, McKenzie! read more

This is a brand new facility and not yet overcrowded like another location I stayed in. Easily accessible and very clean. Much higher walls for security around RV storage. The other location I was at was so overcrowded with additional temporary units constricting maneuverability of parking an RV. I'm so glad I changed location to the Maricopa location! read more

Public Storage Purchased the Arizonia Storage Company location in Maricopa, and names changed on 11/4/24. The Prior Management Team and Company was Extremely helpful and cared about their customers and helping them out. Had a Unit with Arizonia Storage Company and had a Paid Contract. When Public Storage purchased the Location, we revived notice of change in price. Went in to talk to the office on a Tuesday and they said they could not honor the original paid contract they would have to contact the regional manager and get back to use. a few hours later the office called and said they are going to honor the Contract, and we do not have any payment due until the end of the paid contract. The next day log in to the Customer Portal to make sure this was reflected on the account. and it was not. Stopped in the office on Wed. and they now are telling us no they are not honoring the contract. we would have to make a full payment of $309 more over what was paid on the first lease with the other company. (if you go online or call the rate that is beeing offered is about $65 less than what they wanted to charge with the new contract that was offered to us). or need to vacate out of the unit by 11/28/24 they Will not Honer the Paid Contract and demanded new Lease with a Very Hefty Price increase for the Unit. They told us we would have to get our payments that was paid from the original owners, also refused to honor the hours of access that was given in the original contract. It has been now more then 20 days after they have taken over and they still do not have the Elevators fixed for customers on the 2nd floor they have to use the Stairs to access their units. I would not Recommend this Company to even my Worst Enemy Wish we could Leave a No Star rating. read more

That facility is brand new and super clean. Online rental, and fist time access was a breeze.

public storage was very easy an accessible to apply and I love that I am in a brand new storage facility that seem like they care about safety appearances and cleanliness. Thanks for a great welcome read more

The facility is very secure. It's also very clean. The property manager is very helpful. Reasonably priced.

Do not rent from this company because they will auction your stuff off within a month and a half. I explained to them the situation that I was going through. I lost my job. I was homeless and it's only been a month and a half and they already auctioned off my stuff. read more

I had an over the top experience at this storage facility!! Our customer service re[ was friendly and extremely helpful. We had rented a storage unit but when we arrived we realized it was too small. Our customer service rep was so helpful in switching our unit. I'm upset with myself that I don't recall his name. Thank you for all your assistance on 9/14 at 3pm. You were fantastic!! read more
