When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch... For whatever reason she was let go, or left... The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent's and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc...) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it's location.

Packing supplies right there to buy and toss into the van. The Ford van was brand new and spotless with 155 miles on it. Rubber flooring in the van kept my cargo still. Sat tall in the saddle and driving visibility was good. Back up camera was nice to have. I think the back was ten feet long so I had lots of space to work with. Rented for 24 hours w/all the insurance (just wanted peace of mind). Still south of fifty bucks, including the miles driven around town. Easy after hours check in with link provided from a text on my phone which guided me through taking photos and listing van info. I'm 64 years old and have moved a lot of stuff around the country through the years using about everyone. U-Haul has stepped up it's game. Nice.

I made more than one visit to the store and everyone was extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed. The great thing about all U-Haul stores is if you over purchase items (which I routinely do) you can return them for a full refund as long as you have your reciept.
