I'm very pleased that I choose to rent a storage unit at public storage in Lancaster NY. I moved in April 7 2018 there was two representative that stuck in my head their names were Dustin and Sabrina they both went above and beyond to make sure my move in was smooth and non stressful they answered any question I had. Sabrina is the representative I had the pleasure of talking to on the phone before and after the move. I could tell by her voice that she was sincere and kind. She talked to me like we were friends just checking on each other because we haven't talked in a while. Dustin is the gentleman I got to meet the day of arrival The first thing I noticed about him is he takes pride in his job and his surrounding his work space was clean and his appearance was well groomed but comfortable which of course made me comfortable he explained every thing in great detail in a manner I could understand and he didn't seem to rush me when I was reading the contract which was long, before i signed. After he walked with me in the cold down to my storage unit showed my unit to me to make sure it was the right size I needed. Later that day my daughter and I came to drop a load off and our code didn't work to get in the storage unit and he put his code in to get inside so we can start putting stuff in and while we were doing that he went right down to office and fix the issue no hesitation he to was very kind and helpful. Gate has been broken for over 4 months. How in the world can this not be fixed yet? Property Manager Sarina says, "It's useless talking to me, you need to talk to the regional manager" Call him and only get vm. This is crazy! Customer service needs some work. Have been getting ripped off with sub-contract promised access for 4 months now. Gate hours 6am - 9pm.... Ha! How about whenever someone comes and opens it between the office hours of 9-5? The name of the company to call and fix the gate is right on the gate gear box. Dial it.... Fix it.... Give me the access promised and promoted on the website and my contract. Thank you! Made Reservation online and received a call right away. Sarina representative was assisting me. She was very Nice and professional. From the moment I walk in, walk through, to signing documents. This lady explained everything in detail which help us feel at ease with renting a storage space. Access hours are good, location is great, facility very clean, and staff is Awesome. I've used this location of Public Storage a number of times over the past decade and have never been disappointed! It has always been very well run, easy to access, the grounds are well kept and I always feel safe when going there to access my unit. I recently spoke with Sarina, the property manager, who was very helpful with questions I had. Upon reserving our unit online, I received a call the same day confirming my reservation and set up an appointment to go in and sign papers. When we arrived at the facility Jacob was very helpful in making sure we had the right amount of space for our items. The unit we ended up with was perfect for our needs! I needed to store some things in a real hurry. I searched online for a place close to me. I was able to do everything online. it was fast, easy, and efficient. on the day of the move, I stopped in the office where the manager answered all my questions. Everything went great. Public storage on Walden has been great. Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable about their service. I made a reservation and couldn't find the confirmation email with instructions. I needed a storage unit for a few months between houses, this storage location happened to be close to my new house and it worked out great. Unit was easily accessible and clean, and the people working at the office were outstanding, especially Marcellus. I would go back to this location if I need a storage unit in the future. read more

I love that the App allows you to to open the gate without the code. Everything can be done online and you don't even have to go into the office. If you do though, the woman was super friendly and helpful. Great experience. read more
