I received a 5x8 unit for just about ~$60/mo which is considerably less than any other competitor (U-Haul, Apple Self Storage, etc). In addition, competitors didn't have the small size I needed - I didn't want to waste money on storage I don't need. Space at Hand was able to provide me with the smaller unit I needed. In addition, they have a promotion that saves you 50% for the first 3 months if you pay storage costs for the first 3 months up front. What a steal! a storage unit for $90 for 3 months when U-Haul easily charges over $100/mo. I'd definitely rent with this company again.

It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure.
