They'll charge you for the entire billing cycle (28 days) even though they'll tell you that there is 14 days notice period. I made a mistake of setting automatic payments and that's when all the hidden charges come into play. AVOID at any cost! There are so many options in Kitchener than this poor service business.

It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!
