Absolutely dreadful…read more I was going to be late picking up a package, so I called and asked them to hold the package an extra day. I was put on hold -- aka the handset was set down on the counter -- for 12 minutes (during which time the store closed) until somebody put the phone back in the cradle. I called back and was screamed at the woman on the other end for claiming that they had hung up on me. She told me I must have called a different number (as if the 'redial' button on my phone changed the number?) and berated me until I finally got angry and hung up. Since then, I've been going back and forth with some person (emailing from a Gmail address???) who has been running me around in circles. Completely unreasonable and absolutely crap business practice. Never again.

Here in BC rural, we were formerly with a company that leased space from Telus. The service was…read morepoor, the equipment old, and worst of all, the speed way below that promised. Also if you went over your allowed MB's they throttled back a full month (and then forgot to upgrade it again at the end of the month!) Galaxy, however, which we recently contracted for for $99 for the 3 year contract) treated us with respect and patience. The installer was great, efficient, and worked carefully and properly. ($100 installation charge because he had mileage to account for). The monthly payments for $69.99 are only $10 more than our previous service. We have some free time for downloads in the night hours. If you go over your allotment on any day, you are throttled back for that day only, and then it seems right back to normal. Also you can track this on their website. We are networked in our home....works fine. Galaxy provides email. All in all, we are pleased with this satellite service. I think people would be wise, however, to get references for their installer, and hopefully everything in writing. Read your contract carefully. I have given only 3 stars simply because this is a new service and needs to have a longer track record with us.

After starting the process and being…read moreintroduced to the first mediator who was absolutely unprofessional and atrocious in dealing with myself, I went back to Brittany Harrison and explain my situation my issues with that mediator, my concerns in my unwillingness to move forward in this process unless something was addressed.. Brittany immediately the issue and remove this mediator from my case along with this she found a second mediator, Vanessa Tharen. Reached out to me in a very short period of time to move forward as quickly as possible.. Vanessa was the exact opposite of Chris Love she was professional for both parties in the situation we were dealing with, which was for us extremely stressful. She conductor Ted herself unbiased, giving both parties, respect, dignity, and professionalism. Within two sessions, we had accomplished everything that needed to be done and within less than a week, the report was filed with the courts from an agreement that was reached. This is exactly how I expected mediation to go not the nightmare first time with Chris Love. I have nothing but high regard and respect for both Brittany and Vanessa on how they handled themselves and conducted the mediation process. I would have no issue in having Vanessa conduct mediation with me at any time and no issue in taking my concerns to Brittany. If I had any, as I know, both will address everything promptly and professional.

The service is really fast. They have the printer that I need (which is a printer that has the ability to print 11x17). I had to print 12 sheets and it costs just under $5. To be honest, I never really thought that it would cost so low and very affordable (especially for students like me). I will be going to this place as much as possible (or when I need to print 11x17 sheets which is very likely to happen) because the prices are affordable.
