When I went back the next day to ask about it, I was told it wasn't there. I was hoping for a little help checking around or confirming, but the manager was not very willing to assist and even stopped the team from helping me look. I'm sharing this so others remember to double-check their belongings before leaving. I really hope the customer service improves, because a little understanding and support would have made a big difference.

They were very prompt in answering questions, the repair work and the time it took to repair. I would like to commend the manager Leo Mia and his team of experts. Brandon Hempel, Tim Lister and Steve Koves, for their professionalism, customer service and knowledge. It makes wanting to go back there for any of my needs a pleasure. Even while I was waiting for last minute changes, other asscociates approached me to make sure I was taken care of. They couldn't figure out how to fix my computer, so they downloaded MSI afterburner which fried my computer after gaming on it for 2 hours after I got it back. They didn't put in the receipt that they downloaded an overclocking software on my computer and charged me 145 dollars for downloading a free software which fried my CPU and motherboard. Do not risk having things repaired here.
