Use caution. Lots of traffic in street when trying to turn into parking structure. Elevators take a…read morebit long and seem weathered. One wasn't working the others took a really long time getting to each floor. Drops you right at the entrance to aquarium.

Came here for last minute aquarium adventures, and boy was I not disappointed. If your day in the…read morearea revolves around the aquarium and its adjacent locations, then I highly recommend this parking lot. I don't normally come to Long Beach for adventures, but thought I would get out of my comfort zone and just go see. Entrance into the parking garage was relatively straight forward coming from the 710 South. I would like there to be more signage for the rates on the outside at least. I only saw the rates online and right when I was about to get my ticket from the gate. Others have mentioned it prior, but the elevators are kind of buggy to say the least. I was heading to the aquarium and parked my car on the 3rd floor. As I was about to take the stairs, I saw the elevator open about to go down so I hopped in. Right before it got to the 1st floor, it stopped and there was no light on the screen. We waited a bit, hit the bell button and it sent us back to the 3rd floor. I then proceeded to take the stairs the rest of the time. I could've been blind, but final thing to mention was that I don't recall seeing signage saying that the 1st floor path to the aquarium had the pay kiosks. They are also located at the car exits too so you'd be fine either way.
