WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE WORST AGENCY! They forgot my…read morepartners double name when I booked flights and since months I am phoning WestJet and Carlton Leisure Center to help me to fix that but so far they are just trying to charge me £75 for a name correction even if the airline does not charge for it! all I get is call the airline to put a note on the reservation. Last night I asked for the 5th time WestJet for that stupid note on my booking just to hear that they even left 2 notes on my reservation and that Carlton Leisure Center just want me to pay!! so basically they do NOTHING for you they just want your money ! and trying to hide that behind FAKE reviews on their website. they just give a massive headache !!

Having queued for five to ten minutes to get my ticket (there was no sign to say otherwise) I was told at the kiosk that all I needed to do was go through and the guy and the gate would scan it. OK, maybe get that sorted management (you lost a star). After that hiccup everything went so smoothly. As we arrived at the boarding area were immediately ushered to a pod and, surprisingly, we had the pod to ourselves. Within seconds we were on our way into the blue. I hate heights but I never felt any unease. In fact, I loved it. The views were fantastic and the ride so smooth. Well worth the £3.50 a ticket and I would advise anyone to have a ride.

This is a far cry from a 4 star hotel. The staff are not very friendly, and the rooms aren't very…read moreclean nor well maintained. I didn't find the bed and pillows comfortable which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The only good thing about the hotel is the proximity to the Excel for conferences. I would not stay here again.
