WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE WORST AGENCY! They forgot my partners double name when I booked flights and since months I am phoning WestJet and Carlton Leisure Center to help me to fix that but so far they are just trying to charge me £75 for a name correction even if the airline does not charge for it! all I get is call the airline to put a note on the reservation. Last night I asked for the 5th time WestJet for that stupid note on my booking just to hear that they even left 2 notes on my reservation and that Carlton Leisure Center just want me to pay!! so basically they do NOTHING for you they just want your money ! and trying to hide that behind FAKE reviews on their website. they just give a massive headache !! read more

I went on holiday to Rio de Janeiro through Carlton Leisure last October and couldn't have asked for me. Because nothing went wrong, we didn't have to speak to customer service, but all the research I read beforehand said that they're good with that sort of thing and will get it fixed in minutes. They showed me all the prices so it was easy to decide when to book the flight and get the lowest price on the flight. I'll book with them again this October too when I get some time off work. read more

I booked my ticket through them, paid it and received 2 email confirming the booking and showing the itinerary. Next day they called me to tell me that the flights were not actually booked and I had to pay an extra 25% as the tickets that I had already bought and received confirmation for were now more expensive!! This is the first time that I have heard of something like that...and definitely the last time I booked anything through them. Don't be tempted by their low prices! Please dont book with this company, They advertise cheaper price and when you phone them they offer double the price. They dont work from here and their calls are going to India. I bought a ticket to Rio last month, when i west to the airport they told me i cant travel because they have booked me next day, when i call them back they ask me to pay an other £300.00 on top to go the same day. Any way never trust this Firm, my lawyers are on the case. read more
