Dr. Templin, You…read morecalled me when I had just about given up. My pain was excruciating. I had several issues with my cervical spine, which had begun (almost) surgery, until I flatlined. That was the first part of Sept. I told the doctor I had also lost my daughter after that failed surgery. My only child. I had been completely stressed out and my pain just kept getting worse. Doctor, you told me to write down the name of a book and the authors name, and I did. Back In Control by David Branscome. I was able to get it free on audible and started listening that very day. I couldn't tear myself away. When he spoke of the couple who were tested for their responses to a couple of questions, when the woman spoke of her pain, the sensors noted anger in the husband, which made the wife feel more pain because she knew he didn't believe her or acknowledge her pain. It was a vicious cycle. That was me and my husband! I kept listening! Everyone was simply tired of hearing me complain. No one wanted to listen to it, see it, be any part of it. I became angry. At first. This made me stop and think...ok, it's me. It's not anyone but me. Dr. Templin, I want to thank you, and I wish I could fly to where you are and thank you personally, but truly, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you were still here. I think you saved my life. Namaste, Illana Betz

I was so thankful for the detailed explanation Steve gave me of what was going on with my shoulder. He tested my range of motion before he treated me, and when he tested it after treatment, I could not believe the difference (and I am not exaggerating). I've had limited utility of my right arm due to this injury for 5 months and I was able to raise my arm straight above my head for the first time since it happened. I know this was just my first treatment but he made me feel much more hopeful for the possibility of my shoulder finally being able to be healed. So glad to have met Steve, now I have to find someone like him for in CA.

There are a few there that do a really good job, but most spend their time conversing with one another about their personal business and barely realize that you as a patient are their seeking assistance. In particular I was under the care of Ashley England. After several sessions with Ashley I had to file a complaint with the patient advocate department. This isn't something I would normally do, but my last session with her put me over the edge. She talks non-stop with her co-workers distracting them as well from their patients. I continuously had to ask her for instructions for my exercises and how many reps needed. She was too busy talking about Disney and even left to go search on her phone how much a hamburger costs there! Totally unprofessional. The last straw was when I left the session walked back in to ask for the name of the manager in that department and I caught her talking about me with her co-workers in FRONT of the other patients there. This is totally unacceptable and if Watson Clinic allows this kind of behavior with their employees their reputation will begin to falter.

I highly recommend him.

My primary therapist Arjuena is very knowledgeable and caring. The facility itself seem very well equipped for providing post surgery PT. Arjuena adds something new each time and makes sure no 2 sessions are the same. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to her and highly recommend her. She is very engaged and definitely cares about how I am doing and pain levels. I am truly looking forward to the weeks ahead as my recovery from hip replacement progresses. Also want to give some props to Daryl. He has worked with me twice and he too genuinely cares. Once they get to know you here you will be VERY happy this is where you are doing your PT.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy…read more I've had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly.
