Speech goes above and beyond each and every session. Ms. Letty the speech language pathologist assistant is fun and bubbly and always puts a smile on my son's face. Occupational therapy is great as well! Mrs. Jasmine the occupational therapist works hard every single day. After working two locations she's still extremely patient and adaptive to my son. If he wants to be jumping on the trampoline then she's bringing everything for their session into the trampoline. With his difficult behaviors- I get to sit and be present during sessions (when he's not being cooperative) or I can sit in the waiting room. Everyone works hard to provide the best services for my child. I'll admit, having an autistic kid (among many other medical conditions) isn't the easiest job in the world, and can be overwhelming at times but these therapist can handle difficult kids and situations as if they've done it all the time. We were referred due to my son having severe developmental delays, but after coming to TRS-within 6 months my son has had incredible growth. He still has a long way to go but with these therapist there's no doubt in my mind that he won't get there. I love this place, a big thank you to Anne, Asrani, Bryan, and Kim- they are absolutely amazing people. We're happy to be here receiving their services!

I went in not very confident since all other therapist offices had failed. At first I was in a lot of pain but slowly started feeling improvement. They had told me of dry needling which I thought of trying. Wow what a surprise I received when I got dry needling the pain disappeared. I feel I'm whole again. I had been in pain for years. I didn't want to believe that this procedure was so good. All the personnel starting from the receptionist, pt assistants are so kind and cater to you. I highly recommend this physical therapy place. At my initial appointment, I was given a thorough explanation of the Arrosti system, including how the Therapist would manipulate the injury and a detailed demonstration of the "at home" exercises, by the Trainer. The exercises I would follow were available on the Arrosti app and updated at each weeks session. The videos in the app and their methods of execution were clear, also provided in text and included a timer for each exercise. For me, with three office sessions (one per week) and my daily workouts at home, I was able to be discharged. My "at home" program includes continued access to the Arrosti app and recommended exercises targeting my recovery. I will monitor my progress and take the opportunity for reevaluation, if necessary. On February 25th, their first available appointment was May 7th…read more I waited two and a half months to get in (10 long weeks of waiting with terrible pain) I have severe corpal tunnel syndrome needing surgery on both hands. The neurologist said I was one of the worst cases he had seen in a very long time. I had marked my calendar for a 2pm appt. NBO, actually scheduled me for 1:30 and I did not catch the error. I arrived at 2:10pm. Yes, late due to things out of my control. After waiting at the check in window for 5 minutes with neither receptionist acknowledging my presence, the receptionist informed me that my appt had been canceled and I owed a $50 no show fee and would need to reschedule. I explained that I had 2pm on my calendar and yes I was 10 minutes late but had waited over 2 months to get in. With zero expression or concern for my condition, she repeated: you'll need to reschedule. I respectfully stated I would need to find a surgeon in San Antonio.(we are moving soon) She gave me an I don't care look, shrugging a shoulder, closed the window like she was glad and resumed her work on her computer. There was only one patient in the waiting room. When I used to take my mom there, the wait to see the doctor was always at least an hour and the waiting room was typically full. Perhaps that's improved but today made me feel as if the patients are just numbers to them and they don't care to have new patients needing surgery ASAP. Now I have to start over as the nerves in my hands continue to disintegrate and muscles atrophy ( per the neurologist) and functionality diminishes. I hope others have a better experience. It was a very cold experience for me and rare for me to write a negative review.
