I tried to make an appointment, spent 10 minutes on hold with one lady before I was unknowingly transferred to another lady where I spent another 10 minutes on hold just for them to give me the hardest time and hang up on me before I could even get an appointment. They tried telling me my PRIMARY insurance is only my secondary, which it is not, and has never been. I've used the same insurance for two years. I will happily drive an hour to NOT have to come to this horrible office, and I suggest you don't even waste your time trying to call. I tried to go into the office itself since I live two minutes away, and all of the doors were locked 20+ minutes before they were even supposed to close.
