This is a great place to receive physical therapy. The staff…read moreare all professional and efficient. If you could say physical therapy is enjoyable, it would be at TSAOG. However, they do work you hard. My PT is going well. Margie Harmon

There is a reason this place has a low rating and I usually don't write reviews, but I just wanted…read moreto share a little about my experience here. What made me go here was the amount of money it took to get an Xray and professional evaluation. As a self paying patient it is $250 to be seen. With that said, make sure you look at your bill so that they dont overcharge you when you get an invoice in the mail. They did that to me twice now. I did make sure they corrected it. What they also fail to do is care about the patient and follow up. The first time I went in for a broken finger they didnt really have much to say.. either it stays a little droopy or its a $4000 surgery for a 15 minute procedure. The second time I went in for my hurt knee they left me with saying I think you tore your ACL... without following up!! That is a serious injury to just leave the patient hanging. I literally felt like I was forgotten about. When I called the office they just said "We're really busy". Thankfully I didn't tear my ACL and it was only a meniscus tear. I know because I got a second opinion. Also if you give them your MRI CD, they might lose it. They lost mine, so don't leave without it. Like the other reviews... Don't waste your time or money with this company.

On February 25th, their first available appointment was May 7th…read more I waited two and a half months to get in (10 long weeks of waiting with terrible pain) I have severe corpal tunnel syndrome needing surgery on both hands. The neurologist said I was one of the worst cases he had seen in a very long time. I had marked my calendar for a 2pm appt. NBO, actually scheduled me for 1:30 and I did not catch the error. I arrived at 2:10pm. Yes, late due to things out of my control. After waiting at the check in window for 5 minutes with neither receptionist acknowledging my presence, the receptionist informed me that my appt had been canceled and I owed a $50 no show fee and would need to reschedule. I explained that I had 2pm on my calendar and yes I was 10 minutes late but had waited over 2 months to get in. With zero expression or concern for my condition, she repeated: you'll need to reschedule. I respectfully stated I would need to find a surgeon in San Antonio.(we are moving soon) She gave me an I don't care look, shrugging a shoulder, closed the window like she was glad and resumed her work on her computer. There was only one patient in the waiting room. When I used to take my mom there, the wait to see the doctor was always at least an hour and the waiting room was typically full. Perhaps that's improved but today made me feel as if the patients are just numbers to them and they don't care to have new patients needing surgery ASAP. Now I have to start over as the nerves in my hands continue to disintegrate and muscles atrophy ( per the neurologist) and functionality diminishes. I hope others have a better experience. It was a very cold experience for me and rare for me to write a negative review.

Felt like they were rushing to get me in and out of my appointment. Seemed to be highly qualified…read morebut didn't give me a lot of advice or aid towards recovery. Also they played the Christian music radio the entire time, even in the patient room. Not a big deal, but why in the patient room during the appointment with the doctor?
