The location was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking was easy. Signage is not so great, but Lance explained they are working on getting a sign. This is a new business, even though he told me he's been a PT for over 20 years. Lance was professional and explained what he was doing during the entire PT session. I cannot begin to tell you how much better I felt after 1 session. He gave me a tool to use on my jaw and some exercises. Unfortunately, I can't stay down here for follow up care. Lance went the extra mile to find a local provider in my home state and with my permission, talked to the PT to verify credentials. I'm very happy that I took their recommendation and visited Norma Jean. It's obvious that she has a passion for what she does and an incredible amount of skill. She took the time to dig into my presenting problem in order to find the best methods for me. She communicated very clearly about her recommendations and I felt confident that she gathered enough information from me to adequately treat my areas of concern. The massage itself was very good. I'm not the "relaxation massage" type of guy and usually opt for deep tissue or therapeutic sports massage. I've found some LMT's to apply too little or too much pressure, ruining the whole experience. I found Norma Jean's technique to be right within my tolerance and she communicated very clearly to set my expectations. She's a wonderful LMT. I'll certainly be visiting her again.
