I just moved here and was looking for a Chiropractor. I tried using yelp but no one seemed to be…read morewriting on anyone. Dr Erik Persiani's website was simple and offered Therapy. Which is a big thing with good Chiropractic care. I have been to many Doctors and they have adjusted me. But until I saw my last Doc in Moreno Valley, CA and learned that there is more to look for in a Chiropractor. You want someone who doesn't just help a symptom but want to help you get as close to pain free as possible. Since no one has been writing on the Doctors in town I thought I would give out my opinion in case you are looking for a GREAT Doc. First he is pro Military and will work with you on a discount since our insurance does not cover this kind of care. Second the small and simplicity of this office makes it feel warm. Once in the office you will fill out you paperwork and a little on the computer. Dr. Persiani wants to know exacts to your pain because what you think is causing it might not be correct. Third he is very friendly and caring about his patients needs. His goal is to get you better not keep you rotation in and out of his office for a quick fix. After the New patient exam he starts which ever therapy and/or adjustments right for you. Last but not least he gained 2 new patients by his wonderful approach to care and he gained my other-half. I highly recommend Dr Erik Persiani.

Excellent care!! Dr. Erik Persiani D.C. & his team were…read moreabsolutely the best. Worked with my daughter's softball schedule to fit her in last minute to help treat a sprained ankle (she did 4 days earlier). We were at a destination softball tournament and time was of the essence to help her be able to play. Shockwave treatment, next day ultrasound treatment, then Ricky & the doc came in an hour early to wrap her ankle before her 1st game she was able to play in. We are so pleased with staff and results. She was instantly walking better after first therapy session and still is. Still some slight pain of course because the ligament has to heal but the immediate improvement was amazing. We are so thankful for all their care & flexibility to schedule us in quickly.

After a month of treatment with mostly Dr. Amber the pain is very mild. She has also been working with my 14 year old who suffers from scoliosis to the point where one shoulder was noticeably above the other one. After only one week with Dr. Amber, you could not tell the difference in shoulder height. Using their payment method instead of my insurance ended up costing me less out-of-pocket for the amount of visits that I get. Highly recommend!!!

I got to the clinic and the…read moregirls at the front weren't welcoming, they just stared at me, so I approached and said I wanted to get an adjustment and then they asked for my ID, I told them I didn't have my physical license with me but I did have a photo copy of it and I also have an account with the joint. They said I wouldn't be able to be seen because I didn't have the physical ID with me. I told them the situation, how I drove over an hour with pain I had been experiencing and they didn't seem to care. They just said "sorry can't help you without your license". They didn't even attempt to ask the Dr. if it would be ok to see me with a photo of the ID. I understand there are policies, but given the circumstance I would've appreciated if they had just tried to help. They just turned me away without a second thought. I find that to be ridiculous, especially because I have an account with the joint. I'm disappointed, their attitude was a bit off putting from the jump. Now I'll have to deal with pain in my neck another work day tomorrow for 9 hrs. Will not be coming back here EVER again. I'm sure the Dr. is great from reading reviews, but the girls at the front weren't welcoming or helpful at all.

I found another doctor that would examined both knees so I scheduled with him and cancelled my appointment with Dr. Chen. I wound up with an automated appointment reminder phone call yesterday and called like 5 minutes ago to see why. Long story short- I like Dr. Chen but he needs to give his receptionist, Brenda, some better personal skills and phone etiquette because all three times we spoke she sounded like an uppity bitch. Will NEVER use or recommend this office because of her.
