She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.

I've since seen her 3 more times for more of a full body massage, and she has intuitive hands. Without my telling her, she knows exactly where to pause and work just by feel. She is very open to feedback about pressure and checks in appropriately for my comfort. The room is very relaxing and the heated massage table is a plus. I really like that Jacqueline has me sit and update her on my symptoms before we start the massage so she can plan out what she recommends we focus on. I never feel any pressure to schedule more, but she is always open to seeing me as needed. The app is super easy to navigate to self schedule. Payment is easy at the end of the session on an ipad with a credit card, and you can add gratuity there without any pressure. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline. Eric was the person who worked out my therapy and it was just what I needed. My back was in bad shape when I came and by the time I had done several weeks of therapy it was much improved. I also appreciate so much the exercises that Eric showed me how to do at home and the fact that when I was through with therapy he made sure to show me things I could continue to do. Our insurance company recommended LEGENDARY. I'm only giving "Legendary" 3?stars because of Emily & the front desk receptionists. I if it weren't for them, I'd only give 1 star. The receptionists at the front desk were welcoming, professional, & friendly. Emily, one of the Physical Therapist's was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was only able to work with her twice but she was attentive, empathetic, & made an attempt to get to know me as a whole. Something I can truly appreciate 100%. She NEVER left my side the entire time. My other 3 visits were with Doctor Louie. Upon my first and initial visit with him had me not wanting to go back as I had repeated myself with a response only for him to tell me, "I heard you the first time". My second visit, he walked away while I was in the middle of some exercises to talk to other clients, turn on a TV for them, get water, go to a break room to get a sandwich which he proceeded to eat in front of me. My finial visit, he introduced a new exercise and then walked away for at least 5 minutes if not more. My husband was waiting for me so I walked over to him and said, "let's go". I told him what happened and that I wanted to leave. We went to the front desk and explained what had happened. They said, "that it wasn't like him to just leave". They further asked if he said anything to me and no, he did not, he just left. No one knew where he went but insisted it must have been an urgent matter. I can understand that but still, he should have said something. Although, Dr. Louie apologized, he asked, "none of my coworkers had your back?" My response was, "no, you just left, no one knew where you went". I finished out my appointment with him but absolutely refused to go back and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. From the very beginning, I didn't feel any professionalism with Dr. Louie.
