I am posting this about the PT Solutions Pensacola clinic at 5401 Corporate Woods Drive…read more My experience in late September, 2026, was dramatically different from the superb care and customer service I received in the past. My former experiences felt like there was a genuine interest in being friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me. Sadly, that is not the clinic I encountered when I returned. The entire front desk staff I previously knew appears to be gone, as are at least two former therapists. I specifically requested a remaining therapist who had evaluated me due to a prior injury, and in whom I had confidence. My initial evaluation for this injury was supposed to be with them. Without consulting me I was assigned to a therapist I had never met or observed. I subsequently made multiple attempts to switch to a therapist I trusted. Those requests were denied. I was told the new therapist would provide "continuity of care." That made little sense to me, since I had previously been evaluated by the therapist I requested and trusted. If continuity was the objective, continuing that relationship seemed the obvious choice--not assigning me to someone I had never met and then citing "continuity" as the reason. I was willing to adjust my schedule to match my preferred therapist's schedule through December. The front desk told me they had been instructed to schedule me with the new therapist. Period. My single session with the new therapist was unsatisfactory. about three days later I asked the front desk for a copy of the notes from that session. I was simply told "no" and directed to write to their corporate records department. This, too, was a substantial change from my previous experiences. I don't know what changed internally at PT Solutions, and I won't speculate. I can only describe the differences I experienced. The old atmosphere felt friendly, accommodating, and collaborative. My recent experience felt much more like, "This is how you must do it now." They would not even consider anything else, even when I offered to accommodate their schedule. It was their way or the highway. PT Solutions is approximately five minutes from my home, so leaving is genuinely inconvenient. I wanted to remain a patient and repeatedly tried to find ways to do so while working with a therapist I already knew and trusted. In the end, they didn't keep me on the new therapist's schedule. They lost me as a patient.

After five visits I was really discouraged that I wasn't receiving individualized attention concentrating on the issue, nor was I utilizing my time efficiently (I had to leave work early for each of these appointments.). After a recommendation to try SWELL, I decided to give-it-a-go for a more personalized PT experience. After my first visit I felt Anthony really listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to effectively address the problems I was having along with the goals I had for my overall fitness. After one appointment and being in worse shape than she was initially, she decided she needed to cancel her second appointment. The appointment was for a Tuesday. She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.

Payment is easy at the end of the session on an ipad with a credit card, and you can add gratuity there without any pressure. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline. Eric was the person who worked out my therapy and it was just what I needed. My back was in bad shape when I came and by the time I had done several weeks of therapy it was much improved. I also appreciate so much the exercises that Eric showed me how to do at home and the fact that when I was through with therapy he made sure to show me things I could continue to do. Before finding this practice, I endured four emergency room visits and multiple appointments with my primary care physician, who repeatedly, and incorrectly diagnosed me with hypertension and prescribed medication I didn't need. My blood pressure remained normal at home, and I knew deep down that the root cause of my vertigo was being missed. Desperate for answers, I found an ENT on my own, who recommended vestibular rehabilitation with Dr. Watkins. I'll be honest: the first visit was difficult, and we had to stop early. However, I noticed immediately afterward that my dizziness improved when turning my head on the pillow-a small but significant victory. I was hesitant to return, but encouraged by my husband and my own intuition, I went back for a second session. After just 15 minutes of specialized vestibular physical therapy, my vertigo and dizziness completely disappeared. It felt like I was a new person. No one else was able to provide the correct diagnosis or relief until I walked into Legendary Performance. Dr. Watkins is incredibly caring, professional, and--most importantly--highly knowledgeable.
