Luke and Jayce are the best. Rest of staff are also pleasant. Very happy that I gave this place a try. I like them better than Cora.

Why 5 stars? Because everything I hoped for, was accomplished…read more --- --- --- I've had lower back/hip pain for quite a while now, and was beginning to worry that it might be something bigger than just some muscle pains. I went to Dr. Knezevich to see if maybe it would make sense to get an MRI to get a closer look. After chatting with him and going over some of my symptoms, he seemed to be pretty confident that I had a soft tissue problem, and not something skeletal, but just for peace of mind, he had some X-Rays done. As he suspected, all of my bones were in-tact as they should be, so he perscribed me with 8 sessions of Physical Therapy. He mentioned that he was not directly affiliated with Select Physical Therapy, but they did happen to share an office, and if it was convenient for me to visit him, that it might make sense for me to try Select PT. I obliged and scheduled out my first appointment for the next day. After several visits to Select PT, they have definitely improved my issues and really helped me out! More details on that will definitely be in my review of Select PT, but Dr. Knezevich referred me there, and I'm very thankful for that!

She always called me when she said she would and never made me feel like a nuisance. Dr. K helped me as much as he could and he took my problems seriously. He referred me to a foot and ankle specialist. unfortunately, I didn't go to the one he recommended. He was extremely professional and transparent when he believed my problems were outside the scope of his expertise. I really appreciate that about him. I highly recommend everything about his office and would send anyone in my family there.

She answers all of my questions, makes sure my appointments are scheduled in advance, has extensive knowledge about my insurance, and makes sure I am comfortable before and after my appointment. Even if I don't arrive with a smile, I always leave with one. And if Shelby is this awesome, imagine how wonderful the therapists are that treat your aches and pains. I always feel like I am getting the best care by Conor, Emily, and Chaz who truly care about my comfort and rehabilitation. Beware of doctors who try and set you up with their own PT's. Remember you do have a choice, and I encourage you to choose McKee!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Broke my leg (again) doing "my own…read morestunts" (again). Had a very complex distal femur fracture surgery with plates/screws and limited ROM in my knee. I started Physical Therapy twice weekly at McKee Therapy Specialists for range-of-motion, strength and mobility last November (on crutches). Both Chaz and Conor have treated me over the course of over 6 months now. It's been slow and steady progress, but they've given me professional and emotional support every step of the way. There have been days that I've broken down in despair, and yet always found them to be patient, understanding and encouraging. They work with you to make the experience as comfortable/relaxing (and dare I say "fun") as possible. They're the most caring, kind, compassionate staff that I've *ever* encountered in a HealthCare setting. I only wish I'd have known about them sooner. You can see how much the patients love Conor and Chaz -- and for good reason. Highly recommend them for any/all physical therapy needs. I've observed them to be especially good with younger, pediatric patients. Scheduling is spaced out nicely -- never overcrowded. You do not feel like a "number" here. They make you feel like a valued patient here. I'll definitely refer friends, neighbors and patients to them in the future. Facility: Clean, spacious, friendly, relaxed Location: North of Gaither High School, Lake Park, Van Dyke.

This Doctor has no bedside manners. His ego shows. He is very rude, doesn't let you express your…read moreconcerns before he is cutting you off. His staff could improve their attitudes as well. However, I had my first knee replacement with Dr. Raterman in 2020, on my left knee. I had no issues, so when he told me back then, that my right knee which rarely bothered me, was worst than my left which was the one in excruciating pain, I decide to go with the one I had most pain with. Then in 2023, I chose him again, and suffer through his personality, thinking the results would be similar to my first surgery since it was same doctor. But this surgery he did it with the assistant of a robot. To improve my recovery I went just like in the first surgery to a rehab center, spent two weeks doing physical therapy and then did outpatient physical therapy as well. I kept complaining to physical therapy, and to doctor Raterman, and his very caring nurse practitioner Dr. Wicker, that something felt different and not in a good way. I was in pain, I couldn't sleep if I laid on my right side. I finished physical therapy and it's documented of my complaint. I went home and continued my exercises for months, but the pain just wouldn't go away. Because of Raterman's attitude I started seen is nurse practitioner which sent me 2 or 3 different times to get MRIs done, the mechanical equipment would come out fine. It showed swelling even a year and half later, even two years later. They gave me different medications and nothing helped. I started loosing strength in my knee, I couldn't even lead with that leg to go up a small flight of stairs. If I was getting off the side walk I had to make sure I did it in a way I didn't bend that knee because I would be in tears. I started developing like lumps under my skin, like cyst. So, I decided in April of 2025 to put up with Raterman again and go talk to him, since he did the surgery. Like always is demeanor is so bad. When I started to inform him of what I was feeling, immediately, he cut me off, and said to me and I qoute" So I guess you think I have some miracle WD-40 to spray it and fix your knee" he said this with a straight face. I told him it was not that; but it makes no sense, two years later I am worse than I was before surgery. I've complained for two years in horrible pain. His answer was, unless you think it's that bad that it's worth me going in and destroying all that I did. He took it personally, it was about what he did and not about my pain. Like I said before the MRIs, shows swelling all the time. The mechanical part is fine, but something got hurt in there and I am paying the price. Raterman just gave me a referral for physical therapy again. He said there is nothing he can do, in a way so cold and uncaring. It shows he doesn't care, and I am still in pain and looking for a second opinion. I have called my insurance and informed them as well, they will be investigating. I know something is wrong, I feel it everyday. If you need a surgery, please don't go here, safe yourself the grief. Raterman, only cares about his ego. Good luck.

The practice made multiple mistakes from scheduling surgery to writing a correct prescription for pain killers. It took 12 calls over 3 weeks to get enough pain killers to deal with the nerve damage. Wait times were often over an hour to see Dr. Raterman. He never once called to express any concern for the damage he caused. The practice is working over capacity and Dr Raterman has too much ego to take responsibility. I can't run (or do lots of things) anymore, but you should run if you're thinking if going here!
