Hands down the worst company when it comes to actually caring for their customers and doing their…read morejobs. I'll give readers a quick 11 step rundown of my experience. 1) Get to drum in May, they unload my stuff, break my dresser. Roommate visually sees them drop it and break it. 2) I call, when they answer and say someone will come look at it. And when no one shows after weeks and I start talking about it they "always get bad signal" and the call conveniently drops. 3) I call Army quality control and after they call Livingston all of a sudden I'm met with a nicer tone and for some reason my calls no longer get dropped or disconnected and my messages I leave get responded too. 4) I go to claim the broken dresser with the DD Form 1840 they gave us. They claim they need pictures. 5) I send pictures, they apparently aren't getting them. 6) I physically leave work, drive to their office during my lunch and show them pictures on my phone face to face. 7) They give me a form to claim damages. 8) I return form, email pictures, wait a month, no response. 9) Finally when I ask they say they aren't responsible (conveniently aren't responsible now that they saw the $1000 in damages they caused) and told me to take it up with the company that packed up everything in Georgia. They begin to no longer answer my emails or calls. 10) I contact American International and start a claim investigation, they return saying they did not damage Livingston damaged the furniture. 11) No response from Livingston, now I contact Fort Knox. Mind you they delivered and broke my items in June, it is November now and I'm finally finding out that Livingston is responsible. As it stands now, they try and string soldiers and families along. Their manager Paul Dillabaugh is going to try and deny and give you the run around if and when they damage your items. They have done this to numerous soldiers. So, a way ahead. WHEN they damage your items, immediately go to call the Fort Knox claims office at 502-626-3000 and they will tell you to go file a claim with the Transportation Service Provider (TSP). Remember, do this within 75 days of delivery, no matter what Livingston or the Fort Drum transportation office tells you. Hope this helps.

I received my shipment in June 2022. When the team opened the rear of the Penske truck everything…read morewas about to fall out. Nothing was wrapped in protective cloth material. All our expensive wood furniture was not wrapped in protective covering material. It was simply all thrown together in the back of the truck, with no regards of being strapped down or properly layered by tier. The leather couches were destroyed from being dragged back and forth against the walls of the truck. Every box was crushed from the weight of heavier boxes. My daughter's bedroom furniture was destroyed from the weight of heavier items being placed on them. Our master bedroom furniture was dragged on the bottom causing the underside and trim of the furniture to be ripped off. Some of the furniture has signs of water damage. Every piece of goods not placed in a box was covered in a brown substance. While moving the goods in the home, damages to the property were made. They failed to fix them. The Livingston moving company stated via telephone that they were the ones who loaded the truck. After being confronted about the damages. That team stated they were not the ones who loaded the truck, but after research and phone calls they did load the truck. Simply lying trying to blame SMYTH Moving Company for their failures. Livingston sent a supervisor out the investigate the damages and he simply stated it wasn't their fault. Trying to keep the blame off his team. I am disappointed that Livingston Moving Company would conduct business like this.

They were responsive, fairly priced, trustworthy, and delightful to have during the move. I appreciate the attention to detail and their kindness. Moving, especially out of state, is so hard and Do It All Moving made it as easy as possible. Genuinely the best money I've ever spent.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Where do I begin? when they picked up our entire life/home…read morefurniture they seemed great.... so great we gave them all a good tip, fed them and kept water cold in the fridge for them the entire day. Then the nightmare began... for starters, they brought the wrong size truck to begin with and couldn't fit our belongings and had to come back with another truck the next day. We shrugged that off because- hey mistakes happen. We began our decent a week later to SC and it was agreed that they would store our things and drive it down on our move in day. we got a call at about 1030 pm the night prior that one of the trucks wouldn't start and they could not deliver our things.. mixed messages and lies about that for two days.. the owner didn't even call us himself but made the employee call us. two days later after arguing with the owner to find a solution as he doesn't have his own trucks...or things arrived in SC- half missing, half mangled! Ripped sectional (huge expensive sectional ruined), broken tables, dented stainless steel fridge, nicked furniture everywhere, missing items (too many to list), boxes full of broken things (and I bubble wrapped the h*** out of the things, boxes marked fragile stacked so high they were like the leaning tower of Pisa, I could literally go on and on... the workers didn't even unwrap items or put them where we wanted them. They just ate our food drank our water and didn't care. THEN- the truck broke down in our driveway and we had to help them fix it to get it out of there. Workers had no tools with them even though part of the $$ is reassembly, so- they helped themselves to ours! Mind blown. If it were up to me I wouldn't have paid them anything! Lucky for the owner my bf insisted because the owner imo is way over his head with zero clue how to operate a business. PS the owner told us while we were inquiring about when our stuff would arrive that he thinks "the competition is trying to sabotage him because things have been missing from the warehouse.." ummmm you're doing a pretty good job of sabotaging yourself JR!
