The charges included: * Window screens (pre-existing) * Cleaning fee * Foyer door jamb repair (pre-existing) * Hole in utility room from water damage / black mold (pre-existing) * Lawn maintenance * Stove pans and rings (brand new) * Early lease termination I ended my lease early due to health concerns from black mold in the home and financial struggles, which made continued occupancy unsafe. While I appreciate the staff's assistance during move-out, I feel the timing and nature of these charges were unreasonable. before you decide to move here, ask yourself are these reasonable prices for fees?
