We had a tree in the woods we were concerned with and taking it down would have been very costly. Rather than taking us 'to the cleaners' they honestly assessed any potential damage of the tree falling and said their opinion was to let nature take its course. We got through two and a half years before the tree fell and indeed caused no issues whatsoever!
