Dr was negligent and rude. Dr also misdiagnosed me, which is evident of a lack of psychiatric knowledge. Dr said she would pull my chart and put it on her schedule with an URGENT note so that Dr can call me first thing in the morning. I CALLED AGAIN asking why she did not call me back and that I am in pain. On top of this, Dr overcharged me multiple times.

Due to overmedication, there are parts of my memories during that time that I do not remember at all. I have since moved out of state, and I am trying to have my records transferred to another practitioner so that I can be treated for adult ADHD. The Harmony office has ignored my request for documents from myself and the office I have transferred to. I cannot have my medication unless this is completed. I am incredibly unsatisfied with the way billing was handled. I went in person to the office, handed over my credit card information three times, and signed paperwork to take the co-payments out of my account, but they were not taken out. I now have a huge bill, which I assume is why my records have not been sent to the office. Had I been billed correctly, this would not have been an issue. I settled my bill twice with the office, or so I was told; however, it was not settled. Now I am in another state with providers who don't know me, and unfortunately, because it's mental health problems, no one can believe or trust that what I am saying is the truth. I need my medical records sent to the office.

He's always made it a priority to stay on top of the latest research and is always willing to discuss it with me. I was finally assigned to Dr. Urrea and he is by far the WORST doctor I have ever been to. He was ignorant, unkind, unprofessional, and belittling. He could not have cared less about my opinion and what I was saying. He literally yelled at me me saying "he has been doing this for years and this is how he conducts business" even though he admitted his practices were outdated and too restrictive but he "wasn't at the point where he wanted to change anything." I'm appalled at the unprofessionalism and lack of sympathy from a psychiatric doctor that this man exuded. My needs were not meant and this was a COMPLETE waste of time and money. Today was the last day I will ever see this man again. I will be finding a new doctor who at the bare minimum has an attitude of common decency towards their patients.

Jenn Bowman is the worst psychiatric nurse practitioner I have ever seen or even been around. She…read moreneeds serious help. I don't understand how she has a license and stays employed by Psycare Inc. I went to her at the suggestion of a therapist . The bad: She was to give me TMS treatment and manage medication for MDD, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. During TMS it is protocol not to change a patient's medications. She did so at least once a week. Other things she did terribly: she was only concerned with getting me off of an anti-anxiety medication because she didn't like the dose I was on and she screamed at me that it put her license at risk. She didn't care that my anxiety was extremely bad and she did nothing to help that. The dose I was on is within the drug guidelines for doctors. She got upset that I disagreed with her about changing the dose so rapidly, which is dangerous, so she became vengeful and tapered the dose faster. When I asked if I could at least stay on the higher dose the month I found my mom dead and acquired PTSD, she agreed, but told me her other patients had worse traumas. Mine wasn't that bad. Then the next visit she forgot she agreed to let me stay on the dose and yelled at me furiously for filling the prescription. I started to get scared of her spiteful practices and tried to go back to my previous doctor. She found out and called them, breaking my HIPPA privacy and causing them to cancel my appointment. She then proceeded to call me and wake me up from a nap (I sounded tired), so obviously she decided was was drunk or high and repeatedly screamed that at me while telling me she was dropping me as a patient (without warning, referrals, medication refills, or even finishing TMS). She told me I was non compliant (a nice way of saying you aren't doing what you're told by the doctor) because I had the audacity to follow her ever changing instructions. Literally every week she would give me a different directive and then forget and get mad. She also told me that I'll have a hard time finding someone else because " this is a small town and people talk". Which is illegal (HIPPA). That hilarious part of her screaming diatribe was telling me "you need serious help!!!", which made me laugh out loud because I knew I needed help and was seeing her for it, yet she couldn't effectively do her job and help me. I was left without follow up care and medication necessitating a trip to the psychiatric hospital where they wouldn't give me medicine to get by until I had a new doctor either. What Jenn Bowman did was danger, illegal, unprofessional, and against medical guidelines. She put my already fragile mental health in serious danger and seemed to enjoy doing it. I would suggest anyone considering seeing her stay as far away as possible. Anyone, even a stranger on the street would be better at mental healthcare than her.
