    My power broke down it took them 5 days to fix it I do not recommend this company at all they are garbage.

I sent the bill to Jennings and Hartwell from my landscaper and they never paid. I had to pay my landscaper and now Jennings and Hartwell will not pay me. They promise a lot of stuff and never deliver on any of it. They are low class lying business and I would not recommend them to anyone.

You call them and they suppose to call you back to set up appointments they dont, and when they do call back it is so random that you forget that they suppose to call you.so you forget, they dont leave message if they call you. When you call back to see whats going on receptionist say l'll tell the manager to call you. When the manager call you back and oh I've been calling you but you didnt answer, remember he has your number and its no need to lie.because you need the service, so he attempts to lie again after you make another agreement for another appointment, when that day come he doesn't show up.you call back to tell him you would take further action, then he'll call to tell you ok now what day do you want me to come..you set that up, say Friday he'll say ok call me on Thursday to confirm for Friday. When you call on Thursday no answer so l would leave a message, he doesn't respond so l wait FRIDAY morning until 11something and l get a call and l see its the manager calling l answer and he said hello miss so and so and i said no its miss B he quickly say, oh miss B l'll call you right back and hang up quickly and never call back. I'm not even going back and forth with the company again I'm just reporting them, and they'll never get another HEAP CHECT THROUGH ME, I'M DONE!! SO BEWARE.

He is lacking analytical and logical skills who would rather keep his two horribly offensive delivery people, not to discipline them and possibly put himself into a much worse legal predicament later. Seemingly, it stems from the fact that he cannot replace them, lacking resources for more skilled staff. Or some other reason. The mechanical condition of the delivery truck should also be evaluated since the traction of wheels should not produce this kind spinning, possibly tires too bald, should be verified with state authorities as well. Everything starting with stuck getting stuck due to failure to just back out, unauthorized attempt to do U-turn, especially if you are lacking the skills to maneuver between the obstacles. What seemed to be no challenge for previous two trucks completing deliveries within the last day or two, personal vehicle and even a sport car, this fellow had an overblown issue. However, being stuck should not have risen to being an assholes or disrespect and insult the customer. It is part of doing business and ought to be treated as temporary issue. Thankfully, with my mechanical assistance and direction they were able to back out finally. What took place before and after should have been enough for the owner to fire these two people immediately. Specifically, the driver's assistant was blaming, belligerent and attempted assault by advancing on the customer. After a verbal push back and standing the ground, he backed off. Upon, the eventual departure the driver arose to yelling , throwing insults, and threatening. I explained to the owner of the Tribeca company that I have video surveillance and audio recording of complete interaction from many angles; I provided him with some copies to begin his inquiry. Even before speaking to these two, he seemed be on the path to justify the behavior of these two-ghetto style, tongue loose home boys by coming with various excusable scenarios and psychological nuances of hard work and travel. He called back a day later implying that he is not taking any disciplinary action nor is able to assure me if these "two idiots would not piss into my water next time". The fact that there was a physical threat, insults, microphone picking up these two calling my wife "cunt" for not stopping them when she opened the gate is not enough to take responsibility. He cancelled my account.
