Very polite. Gave me reasonable estimate. Then completed good quality work. I will be using him again.

Instead, we were left with property damage, a mess, and significant additional expenses. They dug down to level the area, exposing our leach line. When we saw the exposed line, we told them to move back and leave it alone. After that warning, they cut the line. We believe this damage could have been avoided by adding dirt to build up the area rather than digging down. Their digging also disturbed the ground along our fence line and left our yard a mess. They only brought in dirt after we complained about the fence line and the condition of our yard and told them we would not pay. That dirt was left in a pile at the road, taking up roughly half the roadway. They also broke blocks on our fire pit and left the water hose running. We ultimately paid them. They specifically said they would return to seed the disturbed areas and lay hay. We gave them time and an opportunity to follow through on that promise, but they never came back to do it. We had a Blount County inspector come out regarding a permit for the leach line repair. We are now facing an estimated $5,500 just to move and repair the line. That does not include equipment costs or the additional cost of repairing, grading, and reseeding our yard. We were unfamiliar with this kind of project and trusted the professionals we hired. We are sharing our experience to warn other homeowners. Based on the damage and their failure to follow through on what they promised, we would not hire OM Concrete again or recommend them.
