T.A. doesn't seem to have the particular Pret-A-Manger (French for 'ready to eat', btw) listed, so I'm giving up and adding my review here.
We were staying in a hotel next to the station, and had prior experience with this chain in London a few years ago. We were not looking for anything exotic for breakfast, just something filling, decent, and quick. They accommodated us. On the 5 days where we grabbed breakfast here, the lines were never too long, they kept the lines moving, and the food was decent. Popular items for our group were the smoothies (not huge, but tasty), the croissants (regular and w/ chocolate), and the porridge. Also, the coffee was okay (Coffee Americano). If you want a slightly more 'Americano' version, there is a Starbucks in the same station, btw. But P-A-M's coffee was okay; their providing milk/cream was hit-or-miss, and the coffee was always pretty bitter (but hey, you're in Europe!). An extra packet of sugar helped to fix that.
We scoped out some alternate places within the station for breakfast also, but the lines seemed longer and we ended up just defaulting here each day. If I stayed there again, I'd go there again. read more
