After owning four homes, I made a conscious decision to simplify my life and actually enjoy where I live--without the constant responsibility of exterior upkeep. At Willow Grove, that decision has paid off in every way imaginable. And yes, while not worrying about snow removal is a gift, they also take exceptional care of the inside of the homes as well. Located right on the Danbury-Ridgefield line, Willow Grove is, quite simply, a wonderful place to live. While the community has been around for a while, the homes are genuinely unparalleled in both layout and livability. The Homes: Each unit has its own private entrance. I live in one of the larger units, where guests enter and head upstairs into a space that feels like a true residence--not an apartment. Most residences are single-level; mine spans three floors: A main living floor with two en-suite bedrooms (one serves as my studio/office) each with full baths. A cathedral-style living room with a 14+ foot ceiling and gas fireplace. A third-level space serves as an exercise area, reading room, and hangout for my kids when they're in town. Off the main living room is a lovely outdoor porch--perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. The galley kitchen is smartly designed with all the modern bells and whistles, and the laundry room has been fully upgraded by management (and yes, it was time--and very well done). Grounds & Maintenance: The grounds at Willow Grove are meticulously maintained, with crews tending to them almost daily. And the maintenance team--especially Nick and Juan--are, as the song goes, simply the best. They're caring, hardworking, and always ready to step in when you need them most. Last year I caused a flood (entirely my fault), and Nick drove out in the middle of the night on a Saturday to save the day. If you've ever owned a home or townhouse, you know that kind of responsiveness is almost unheard of. Management: I cannot say enough good things about the management team here. Melissa, the General Manager, is caring, present, and genuinely special in the way she holds space for the entire community. One of her finest decisions was bringing back Carlyne, the Assistant GM. I originally rented my home from Carlyne in July of 2019, and she is quite simply one of the best people I've ever met--warm, dedicated, and deeply committed to every resident she works with. She left for a few years to pursue other opportunities, but she's back now... and frankly, we're never letting her go. The Bottom Line: For anyone considering a rental in the Danbury/Ridgefield area, I can say without hesitation: you will not find a better place to hang your hats and boots than Willow Grove. The team here genuinely cares. The homes are immaculate. And when issues arise, they are handled with a level of dedication that truly matters. I felt compelled to write this review because too often we only hear about what's wrong. These days, there's plenty of funk going around. Willow Grove is the opposite of that. Once we signed the lease, the promises went away, and the people working in the office got nasty. We should have gotten everything in writing. There were several reoccurring serious plumbing issues and leaks that were patched but never truly fixed. The office workers were so odious we tried reaching out to Bozzuto proper several times, and each time they directed us back to the rats in the office. Move out day finally happened and we are rid of Bozzuto for good.

At one point, I was the only one working in the office. I even worked on Saturday on my personal day off to bring applications and showing management, I went out of my way and how much I cared for me and the office. I took easy 300-350 calls a day from the dialer. The leads are worn out and are garbage!!! They have no good leads here. But I stuck it out because I thought my manager believed in me and made me feel like all I was going to make a difference there. In almost two months I had over 200-300 applications out and check this out!! I had over 50-60 denials + refusals from the customers because they didn't like the finance terms. That's way beyond my control if I'm working on a dialer like a War Machine and clients have skeletons in the closet or don't like the finance terms! Yesterday, I conveyed my concern Larry, the manager who at one point was the best manager I worked for. But the Italian beast came out when I asked him where my standing was as I've had many denials and one for 35k which was my last hope but went with a bank. Again, I showed that I cared after working my keister there for nothing being used for $1500-$2000 a week. Like any serious profesional, I showed my concern about my job....and like the song from KISS.....ALL HELL'S BREAKING LOOSE!!!!! I was yelled at and screamed at and told "I don't have the time to baby sit a grown man". The manager induced me to a panic attack and I communicated that I will be back tomorrow to continue as usual. He replied "I don't know about that". I was a team leader/manager once and we're supposed to support, encourage your employees even if they're not making it yet. Not bring them down. So after way much thought, I resigned with class. With a nice resignation letter. When someone raises his voice, tells you at high decibels "Let's end this right now". You think you want to be back?? Once you've been disrespected like that, all levels of trust have been lost and there's no way I'll feel comfortable with a manager with an explosive personality. Their turn over is unreal and the manager is nice to you at the beginning. But if you don't bring deals, you're in the wrong place. Sales is not an Oreo cookie factory and believe me...I'm a work beast!! One week I didn't take lunch or break at. Is not my fault, I did all I could and ended up treated below garbage!!!!! So I left at the end like James Bond 007. No matter how much money you have or don't have, employees should be treated with respect and the attention they deserve for their concerns!
