They did not meet my expectations, and we ended up going to court. They were ordered to refund 62% of my money. I hired Magnolia Roofing and Construction to replace the flashing around my chimney, and replace all the exhaust pipe boots. They came out did the job with the wrong color flashing. They came back a spray painted it black. The flashing and one of the boots leaked, so they came back added more silicone. I still had leaks, so they redid the entire job. And the flashing and one of the boots still leaked. Damage started occurring inside my home. Once again they came back and added more silicone, but that didn't solve the problem. I set an appointment with owner Justin Herringto so he could see for himself what going on and the subpar work his crew did. Mr. Herrington stood me up, and ghosted me. I filed a lawsuit in Jones County Justice Court. Case number BK-9296-PG-21-CV. Our court date was October 24, 2023. Magnolia Roofing and Construction argued they gave me a three year workmanship warranty. The judge said I didn't give them ample opportunity to fix their mistakes, and that I threw away the remaining warranty by having another company come in and do the job. Magnolia Roofing and Construction was ordered to refund 62% of what I paid them and cover the court costs, but they were not held responsible for the expenses I had to bring the case to court, or the costs of repairing the damaged ceiling on the interior of my house. I still have a missing drawer front, missing cabinet & crown molding, missing kick plates, unfinished paint work, paint over spray, exposed nails, doors that don't fit, poorly installed drawers & cabinets, doors that are just NOT the correct size. I've tried repeatedly to get Terry to fix all these mistakes, but he blocked my phone number and hangs up when I call from a different number. I filed with the Mississippi State Board of Contractors and the MSBOC informed me that he was working without a contractor license. I will NEVER hire Terry Smith of Frontier Construction or any other company he is a part of. I'm not happy with the professionalism & craftsmanship, as it was less than desirable and definitely did NOT meet the expectation we had. Like I said, there are over 30 discrepancies remaining in which Terry has yet to correct.

(The countertop is level and 82.5" from countertop to ceiling from left & right of the stove, but he couldn't even do simple math and build those cabinets correctly)! There is a big stain on my ceiling ( it is March now) and he still will not fix it. He blocks my number and he is horrible to work with. He will not admit the shabby job he did and he won't fix it. I have a 5 year warranty and he said he would come and look at it and if he does something to it, he wants to void my warranty!!! He had my number blocked and he will not respond to my messages.
