Within…read more6 months of installing my AC, they were called because the heat was not working correctly, and never came to come fix it. Now that it is ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATER, they finally came to come fix it and informed us that it was no longer under warranty! The owner was a complete a** to my wife. She told him that her daughter would be at home when he got there. He called my wife to say that no one is there. She repeatedly try to tell him that someone should be there and he just kept saying that no one is there in rudest way he could, even to the point were he said that he doesn't care if no one is there because he is on the clock. Come to find out, he wasn't even there, and his workers that were there didn't even ring the doorbell. So after my wife told him where the spare key is so that they can let themselves into the house (they were let in by her daughter), he still insisted that no one was home, and was completely rude about it. He completely ripped us off by not coming when he was supposed when it was under warranty, and then charging us so much to come do what should have been done 1 1/2 years ago. And then was unnecessarily rude to my wife, insisting no one was home, when he didn't even know if anyone was there or not. Please do not support people like this, and take your business elsewhere.

Honestly, I can't believe I am having to deal with this situation. I have never received such poor…read moreservice and indifference from a company in my life. I purchased a new unit less than 2 weeks ago. The salesman, Joseph, made many promises, none of which have been kept and now my unit does not work at all. It is likely a small issue with the install, electrical, etc... Doesn't matter. This is a $20k unit, and yes I overpaid. I knew it was too much, but I assumed paying a premium would get me premium service - the opposite has happened. I'm on the 2nd day of no A/C and it's 82 degrees today. They have failed to show up THREE times as of right now. I have taken off work and canceled plans to be here, and apparently, they were not even going to tell me they were not coming. I had to call when the appointment window had passed to find out. They claim to have a 1 year "test drive" period in which they take everything out and refund you, but I have no confidence in anything they say. We are about to find out if that's the truth or not. This situation is pathetic and sorry. To charge so much and to have a grown man stand in my living room, look me in the eye and lie to my face about what I should expect is abhorrent and shameful. Please, call someone else. Anyone else. I don't see how it can get much worse than AirSouth.
