Lets begin this lovely ramble....... My mailbox has been run over by his employees/contractors several times in addition to multiple others in our neighborhood. Despite having video footage, he has failed to take responsibility for the damages & just argues on the phone and will not own up and take responsibility, leaving me out hundreds of dollars for replacing my mailbox several times. Destruction of property is the exact opposite of what one might wish for when building a home. At the very least I recommend against using his dis- honest company for your home building needs.

My roof is day one when we moved in two years ago, still not fixed. My sink faucet, in my master bedroom. They didn't put the proper fittings on it so it falls off. My mailbox I had to purchase they didn't put the 2 x 4 in the ground. They just plastic in the ground so my mailbox is cracked from all the storms. Now let's get to the worst part. My floors were laid wrong and they're all tearing up. They come and fix some of them, but they're tearing up again and most of the same spots. Some spots were fixed. This guy is a joke. do not let him build your house. run run run as fast as you can away from him. My dishwasher is not secure and falls forward whenever you pull the trays out. some of the siding was put on wrong. We had to have that fixed the my porch up flew off in a storm because they weren't secured. We had to replace those, but of course we didn't have him fix any of that stuff we let him do our floors fix them, but not anything else. He's a POS don't let him build your house. Don't do it. I thought well only people put bad stuff on here no not true. He's horrible run away as fast as you can. If I would've had anywhere else to go I would not have closed on this house. And what your year is up he is not taking any more calls from you won't answer any more text. He's a POS karma will get you Mark Anderson and I can't wait till she does. not a section in my driveway that doesn't have a crack in it. My garage looks like a freaking is so cracked up POS like I said horrible horrible builder.
