Long story short after multiple texts and seeing videos we were comfortable and ready to apply, we were approved and paid a holding deposit. Long story short at the last minute she sent me breakdown of costs and I see the garage was extra costs. Mind you the add said garage. Never did it say it would cost extra. I told her i wouldnt have applied if I knew it was extra. I've never had to pay more for a garage. Anyway, her unprofessional reply was' it's never been a problem before and you didn't ask' .really?! Your the property management company you should disclose everything upfront and the add should be accurate. You'll see the original post and now she adds to the current post "rentable garages' because she knows she should disclose that. Anyway moral of the story... Dont put deposit down in any case until you see the unit, to this day, weeks later I still haven't heard back regarding me requesting my holding deposit back since it was their error, due to them not fully disclosing the correct info.
