Fast forward one year and I still can't say enough good things about Prudent! The entire Prudent office staff is very welcoming and professional. The office is clean, with a modern feel and has parking which is a goldmine in Uptown! We have used Rai for both personal and business for the past three years. We even chose to stay with Prudent when we moved out of state. Rai doesn't let one detail go unnoticed and is dedicated to his clients. He is true to his word and has shown extreme diligence each time we have worked with him. Thanks Rai! And the coffee is a plus too!! read more

I am very pleased to work with Prudent Accountants for my tax filing needs for the past 6 years and have been getting tremendous support for all my questions towards tax benefits. They are highly customer oriented and also easily approachable to clarify our tax needs. Their service is outstanding and perfect and on time even though we may provide some details at the last minute (ofcourse I don't recommend anybody to do that). Itemized deductions are easily taken care of So, I would like to recommend this to all who follows me. Thanks. read more

Very professional and accomodating! I've worked with Rai for 3 years, and have been very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by the Prudent team. I moved away from MN for a year, without knowing I was going to return, and still chose to use Prudent for all accounting needs, business and personal. I would recommend Prudent to anyone looking for a reliable accounting firm with friendly people and excellent service. I directed a client to Rai and his team who was selling his home after 9 years. Problem was he had let his Green Card expire. Many CPA's would have to study up on the FIRPTA 15% Withholding subject and get back to you. Not Rai, He knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Rai and his team were responsive, and easily handled the situation before closing. If you think this IRS rule may apply to you, CALL RAI BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR HOME ON THE MARKET! read more

When my beloved tax preparer retired, I doubted I could find another preparer as knowledgeable, efficient, reassuring, and hip. And then I found Prudent's Web site with the jelly bean logo. I got a good feeling as soon as I walked through their doors, and the Prudent team continues to impress me with their professionalism and responsiveness. The shared secure Dropbox makes tax time so much easier. I'm looking forward to more tax seasons together! read more

I used Rai and his team for a few tax amendments and would definitely recommend them to friends/family! Not only was he quick/efficient, but I felt that he really heard me as a client and as a person! I had always done my taxes myself, so was originally apprehensive with sharing such confidential info, but Rai instantly earned my trust! Their hours are also a plus, as they are open beyond 5pm, making it very easy to fit into my work schedule. read more

When I interviewed Rai & MP in 2007 I was impressed with their experience and passion and I signed up with them immediately! And they never let me down ever since. Very accurate and prompt services and they've been accommodative of my requests beyond the service agreement as well. I particularly like their client confidentiality and secure data handling procedures! In spite of their aggressive growth, they are as reachable as 10 years ago! read more

Super helpful and responsive. I am a recent home buyer and am renting out my home in addition to living there (not an easy tax situation). Rai and team made it sound easy and pointed out a lot of deductions I didn't even realize, which means I'll be keeping better records for next year! They were amazing and not terribly expensive. Plus their location and hours are great. read more
