Robert was able to weld the shelves in beautifully and helped me determine what paint I should use to prolong the life of the stand outside. As we were talking, I told him about an aluminum set of shelves I had in the garage. My husband had used them as a ladder and broken one of the shelves off--making it useless. He brought the welder over and fabricated a new bracket for the shelf. Then he reinforced the other side as well. It's stronger now than when I bought it. Everything was charged exactly as quoted and he explained everything he did. I am bringing a table back to him to fix next.

Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!

Once he took a look at it he said it needed a new hitch and he could have it done by early afternoon. He went and got the parts and welded a new hitch on just like he said. He got us back on the road quickly as we were just passing through Sandy on a road trip. Very impressed. The new hitch is heavy duty and has worked flawlessly. The repairs were done timely and with quality replacement materials. They hauled out all the refuse, even the broken up concrete.
