Their customer service is horrible. If you want to leave the practice and take your medical records with you, they charge you for the records. When do make an appointment for you, they will only schedule certain kinds of appointment at certain times. Do not make the mistake of telling them you went somewhere else because then they won't see except on a certain day, after they get the information from the previous doctor, even for just a sinus infection. The good doctors have left this practice and it is going in a downward spiral. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business. I will no longer be a patient here.
