Even when there's about 20 ppl on the line all cashing their checks, the line moves pretty quick. One of my fav things here though is their coin machine "Penny Arcade". You bring in all your loose pocket change and all the coins inside your sofa cushions, drop it into Penny Arcade, and you walk out with some decent money. I just turned a small pile of coins into a dinner for two at Houlihans! Can't beat that!

The staff is very friendly and say hello to you when you pull up. Every lane in the drive-through was filled when I pulled up but I didn't have to wait very long. When this location is busy with a lot of cars I always see at least two people working at the counter. They are quick and efficient.

It took us close to 45 minutes of waiting, to finally speak to a representative to open our joint account. They had comfortable seats to wait at, and we had each other and our smart phones to entertain ourselves, but that's still kind of a long time to wait. The manager apologized for the long wait times, and did offer us complimentary bottled waters, which was nice, and lets you feel like they care about the fact that you are waiting a semi-absurd time. The person who created our joint account was a really nice lady, and she helped us through the process without any real hitches. I'm satisfied with the treatment received at this bank. It could have been faster, but the genuine concern for wait times saved them.

The employees are not well trained and according to the manager the computer system and moving staff to other branch locations are to blame for the long process. The manager didn't express any acknowledgement that the employees need better training or cross training if locations are different.
